This novel is an outstanding representation of its genre. Character mostly act logically, with a realistic thought process; the author isn’t really pushing an agenda; The world building is solid and consistent. My only critique would be that the author inflates word count and over explains the mechanics of the world.
It’s a shame, this world could have been good. The story is all over the place, their are chapters you can skip because they are nothing but useless info dumps or regurgitated information that doesn’t move the story forward. Then their are chapters that gets in a rhythm and make the story good. It’s like he added a bunch of useless information to make up chapter numbers to make more money. Also the main character, gets extremely stupid out of nowhere. In the beginning he is isekai or reincarnated, idk what you call it but he has two life time worth of memories, which means he suppose to be if not smart at least average. Then the story say his original world makes him extremely smarter than the people of this new world because he is a critical thinker. Which doesn’t makes since but anyway anyway around chapter 285 or so he becomes so dumb that it is frustrating. I recommend only giving this a try while it’s free, Do not spent coins on this
SORRY FOR MY UPCOMING WORDS I am genuinely baffled by the sheer number of bot accounts this platform must employ, because the only way this medium-grade trash fire could ever breach the Top 10 Best Sellers list is through algorithmic fraud. Reasons: * MC has Amnesia: The main character has the literary equivalent of severe Alzheimer's. One moment, he is attempting to be an ultra-low-profile, and the next, they're publically annihilating bosses at 100x speed during a competition. Consistency? Never heard of her. * Pacing is a Coma: It is genuinely slower than a rusted tricycle being pushed uphill by a snail. * Power Levels are a Joke: The MC is fighting dungeon bosses with health bars in the billions. Martial arts stages at least pretended to make sense! •The Greatest Atrocity: The endless, mind-numbing yapping.
written very badly, reader is flooded with unnecessary and boring stats and world logic world logic and plot also are quite weak i dont get people giving this 5*
It’s just not good. Plot holes and constant filler paragraphs talking about nothing making the pacing drag on and on. 40 free chapters and only like a single day in the world went by. Insane. Many mistakes and retcons makes it an irritating read. I don’t recommend reading this unless you completely turn your brain off.
Ridiculous info dump. I'm at ch 72 and 3 things have happened, 1 survived a hostage situation 2&3 fought 1 singular monster for each. Everything else has been almost nothing but info dumps, mostly around equipment character and skill stats and upgrades. Oh and so far the second day since the story started still isn't done yet. I like the story, premise world building and all that seem good, it's written well, but so many useless stats and explanations that become completely outdated in the same chapter that it was proposed is ruining it for me

Seriously author, I can only imagine how many brain cells you spent writing this novel. And the same goes for readers, even after spending money.
too much info dump..it gets boring too fast..all the chapters are about skill , equip etc details.60 chap and I don't think even a week has passed in story...so much info that it hurts your mind ..I am here for fun or I'll go read economics .

The problem is the jokes go over your head, example a guy is telling mc watch a green hat murderer is running around. (Chinese story about a guys wife who cheats on him, and so she can spot him coming home makes him a green hat, it’s the green hat, sneak out the back door to her lover) (problem is author does not explain that because it’s a common story in. Gina but how are we to know that). He is taken hostage by a green hat fugitive who after murdering his unfaithful wife goes after her married lover but he notices his beautiful wife and daughter, realizing he just murdered 2 people forces himself on the innocent woman and daughter, before killing them as well. The other jokes leaving you scratching your head as well, oh poor guy he awakened the job counterfeit money checker (literally guy magic power into check if it’s fake money).
This is one of the best profession type cnovel I have read yet It’s very detailed and currently there is no young master or any betrayal from his friends after they got a good “profession”
