Master of the End Times

Completed the novel. Actually started out ok. But there are lot of red flags after about 400 or so chapters. I think even before that. It stopped being Human alliance. It’s China alliance/Huaxia alliance. So now other alliances alway aim to “weaken the overall strength of China alliance” or “kill the genius before he grows up”. Everywhere he goes, he has to be that cancer cell that devours everything. It may seem like good ability at start, but MC shows what humans are. So a snow race got destroyed and top level sets up inheritance. MC and another human goes. He devours everything, not leaving anything to others. And then force other species to kill themselves so that the only other human can overclock himself and learn. And then he doesn’t even finish the inheritance event. He just ate everything. Like cancer sucking nutrients of other cells. Every damm event he goes, he starts sucking resources like a cancer. Then always fucking play tiger pretending to be pig, wolf in sheep’s clothing. Others mess with him because this ****er put low level badge, then he goes up and kills them because they messed with him. Then sucker levels up or his super convenient plot hole pet levels up, and kills the other poor party. Either that or as I said, clashes with other countries alliances. MC has a stick so far up his butt, he always thinks others are out there to get him. Author puts character setting as every character from other alliances are arrogant, rude, and always want to either kill this guy or fanboy all over MC. and not that different even with people in alliance. Furry romance started fast and it stays that way. I am goddam tired of the same thing said in all the novels recently. China numbah one, all others give worship them, blah blah blah. When did cultivation CN became propaganda machinations?

It is a typical chinese novel. MC has insane coincidences in his life: >Gets a spatial ability pet >Obtains a hell stone which is fist sized (author tells that a much smaller one, when landed in a western city, had caused an apocalypse ) >Runs into a in-the-future-amazing-merchant and starts dealing with him >Runs into a in-the-future-amazing-soldier and trains her >Obtains a s class cultivation skill There are also a few mistakes in the writing ( I ain't speaking about grammatical errors ). I do not know if it is due to the author or translator. It is basically a Chinese rebirth novel having sci-fi elements in terms of tech; having monsters (their hierarchy is poorly defined); and having light cultivation elements (each tier from S to G has 10 levels and so on). Would recommend if you are bored, NOT if you want an amazing read. I would say it is a barely decent read.

Don’t even bother to read this. The author of this book obviously has some mental issues and can’t have less than 3-4 plot holes a chapter. I’m not saying that the translator is bad. The MC supposedly has a cheat ability to absorb the power/energy of those he kills to strengthen himself, which should theoretically allow him to zoom past the others due to this cheat. However this does not happen, there are many ranks ( S,A,B,C,D,E,F,G ) ( Level 1-9 within the ranks) the MC has awakened his ability the moment when he received the serum for awakening which is a super super genius, considering they thought that awakening 14 days layer was at genius level and he has still stayed at the G level. Later on he discovers a rift when the hand of a Rank S, yes a rank S, comes and attacks him, but his silver fox somehow rescues him and the Silver fox which is also at G rank cuts the Hand/finger ( can’t remember) off with the swipe of a tail. Now here is where it gets stupid and where I decided to drop this story, The MC absorbs the Finger/hand and only goes from tier G5 to tier G6 from a ******* S rank creature which is 7 ranks above him and he only gains one tier( even if it was only the hand/finger). If you don’t find that bull**** then here’s the real kicker, the enemy of the MC which awakened way later than the MC has somehow ranked all the way up to Rank E which is 2 whole ranks higher than the MC. How much bull**** does the author think that we readers can handle? I could handle the broken English from the Translator which is a blessing considering MTl, but it feels like the author has added every single cliche known to man and plot holes large enough to create a black hole out in the open, plot holes shouldn’t be happening every single chapter yet this author preceded my expectations and has done it. I’m astonished by the rating that this novel has and how people can keep lowering there IQ with this bull****. Fuck this my rant is over

You better stop while you're brain cells are still intact. MC feels like those arrogant young masters you see in other novels. No character development or world building. Nothing original.
