(Michelle Lui's POV)
The soft scent of roasted coffee beans greeted me as soon as I stepped into Jin Café.
It had been a while since I last came here, but everything still looked the same — the polished wooden counters, the warm yellow lights, the same smiling cashier who almost lost her voice last time because Andy Peng ordered an iced macchiato.
And there he was again.
Sitting by the window, a baseball cap on, white shirt, denim jacket — simple but still looking like he came out of a magazine cover.
Some people just didn't know how not to stand out.
I smiled to myself and walked over. "Hey," I said softly.
Andy looked up immediately, the grin that spread across his face easy and familiar. "You came early."
"Well, I was afraid the café might explode with all the attention you're getting," I said with a light laugh.
He chuckled, leaning back in his chair. "Please, I'm low profile today."
