Nyctophobia. Intense fear of the darkness or of the Night. It was unexplainable, unfortunately, Luke had no real reason or understanding of what caused this.
He was called the unluckiest man alive, but at the same time, he had the ability to conquer most of what was thrown at him. Bored of what this reality had to offer him, Luke was ecstatic to see what Gensis2076 would show him.
It was a VRMMORPG created by genius scientist Kenny Smith. It was a game like no other, it was more than realistic. Luke saw this as an opportunity to escape from his rather stagnant lifestyle.
Unfortunately for him, no matter where he went, along with his best friend, the only other thing that would follow him was his horrible luck.
He had the ability to face off against anything, but what could he do when he was partnered with the one thing he feared the most, the Night.

After many fruitless searches for well-written, comedic, intense, thought-provoking ... novels on this website (which is quite the demand I know I know) I have come across this gem. It's wonderful. it has everything I could want and more. I won't go into the details, so please check it out for yourself!
Honestly the story itself is good. However. This is the most considerate system/video game author I've met. If you don't know, coin costs are calculated by number of words, and wherever possible, uses various forms of punctuation in system menus etc. to minimize word count, and keep costs from inflating with frequent system prompts. And as for story, in a nutshell, he has insane luck. Whether the outcome is positive or negative, he always gets extremely unlikely outcomes. It's an interesting premise.
Amazing stuff, I cant wait for the author to finish this series. I hope it gets a manhwa adaptation. 10/10, would recommend. Absolutely one of the best VR MMO novels that I've read, the characters are funny, the story so far has been super interesting and it has a very lite vibe to it
Something intriguing...it's like as if a bubble is about to burst . Would like more information about Luke and his background. Why does he consider himself unlucky . Nate is cool
Luke/Night's character is pretty relatable. The way the story prolongs is at a good pace and as a novice writer, the concept and the arc of the story is very fascinating.

Pretty good, Although it's a repetitive plot there seems to be something new about it so keeps it interesting. 9/10 We'll have to see if there's gonna be any character development or plot thickens moments
The way this novel is going , has developed a sense of interest in me . I certainly see scope for development but im quite taken aback by the meticulous approach of the author . You should check out this novel , no joke ! Im sure you'll fall in love with it . Im really impressed by the constant updates in the story . Its really not easy to be putting out 1-2 chapters a day . The character design can improve. It's a bit too straight forward. I want to experience the character getting all strong and I want to know how said character has a particular skillset, how did he/she accomplish it. But I really enjoy this one. Not many novels have piqued my interest, whereas this one has.
Luke's character is very much the centre piece and one which I have grown fond of. The updates on the chapters are very fast and this makes my day more relaxing as I read through the chapters. Hoping this work continues and we get to a point where we wait eagerly for the next novel/chapter.
Very well written and thought out concept. I thought it would be about a guy who got constantly cucked in life, but sometimes being cucked has advantages 🤣
Pretty good start and I like it's pacing. Though the author feels the pacing is a bit disruptive. I've made it my daily schedule to read a couple of chapters and I'm happy with my resolution to read a bit online. In this day of a pandemic such novels help pass the time
I liked Luke's character . Reminds us of a bit of all of us during this pandemic time. Helpless , down on luck ...but fighting it out using his wits ..
Its pretty good story wise, but the writing style and grammatical errors are just huge deal breakers for me. Good luck author, but poor writing is poor writing.

Ive read chapter 102 and i think something is wrong with luke, I wonder if perhaps he might actually be an even older primordial than nyx and Gaia maybe he might be the Chaos primordial As with all the hints author been giving i feel my guess might be correct

I loved the storyline, it really gripped me from the beginning. Worldbuilding and character development are great. I am really looking forward to upcoming chapters.

Author here to let the new readers understand what to expect: 1)Basic info about the MC: With bad luck following him everywhere, he had no choice but to develop a rather carefree attitude, of course, this was also due to the trust in his skills. NO, this isn't a harem :/ :/ :/ 2)I'm definitely learning and getting better everyday. The style in the first 3-4 chapters may seem a bit all over the place. I would ask you to stick around and give it a try regardless. 3)The novel may seem fast-paced but that's only due to the world of Genesis being extremely vast. 4)Of course, since this is my first time doing this, it's natural I make mistakes but I go through the work multiple times before posting it so if there's still any mistake, it'll only be minor grammatical errors.(which isn't excusable but it's better than story-line errors) Thank you for reading and Bad luck FTW!
