The art style hasn’t changed, animation is just “softer” I think would be a good word to describe it, the animation from the previous episodes just looked better to me, I just prefer that style. I’m not saying this animation isn’t good to be clear

I really think you should take this idea into a different world, possibly a more fantasy world like Freiren, really any isekai world would work really well with this. Naruto even but up to you I guess

That just makes no sense. If there was more context on how CE worked then sure. Is it ambient in the world? Then sure it would make sense that the larger the area of your control the faster you could possibly regain your energy levels, this is assuming you can even absorb it In the first place, I’m trying to prove a point
