I don't mind if MC is not a benign good like illness, but don't forget that they are in hell and there are bad people there. Even his parents have killed who knows how many people. So, it would be more believable if MC is good to the people he loves and feel nothing about random people in the street. Death in hell is a fact of life .(And if possible, MCs, who are the embodiment of goodness even if they have their own wishes, do not seem realistic to me) I hope you do not understand what I wrote as an insult.
