Justin always acted slowly before he could help Nora, the issue was already over, it seemed like he didn't deserve Nora even though he was the King, it seemed like a lot of bad things had happened and many more would happen before he acted. The ML identities are amazing but useless because he is very slow in action. Luckily Nora never cares about it and never resent him.
