This is a fantastic book series. I would give it 5/5 but so many chapters (especially past the pay wall) are not complete. It’s honestly so saddening to see such a good book being crippled by poor management/uploading onto the platform resulting in missing critical parts of the story.

Basically TLM but if you had huge infodumps at the start and gave him a crazy cheat. This is a western-type fantasy world where the MC transmigrates into a game as a character who is about to be in dire straits, formerly a professional power-leveler, cough cough. Currently the plot progression seems alright, but this would basically be a carbon copy of TLM save for the cheat talent and setting changes. Even then, a copy of TLM won’t be too bad, so it’s something to while your time away with.

This is such a good novel . The concept of the game and the world building is pretty amazing. But the only thing that bothers me is the missing content, specially after the pay wall. Chapter after chapter got something missing please please fix it.

Please update the missing part from chapter from 310. The author is still writing new chapter but has not corrected missing chapter for more than half year. There are a lot of missing chapters.

I glad they picked this up again. About 2 years ago, someone started translating this to chapter 374, then gave stopped. Was just titled "I Ascended to the Divine Throne."

I previously read the story under a different novel "Ascension to Divine Throne". It must have been deleted at some point, which explains why I was never able to get last few dozen chapters up to the point where he promoted to Gold. It's unfortunate that, given other reviews, the start of this new one has such bad translations. I can confirm that at least from where I picked up, around chapter 350, the translation is perfectly okay, and well done. So it may have just been the new author not wanting to plagiarize old translation work, and too lazy to properly re-translate the very early chapters.

This was a rare good book on this site that held me for 650 chapters, but there are many reasons why i dropped it- 1. Story became blander as the mc became stronger (minor reason) 2. Bad translation to the point of name change and even how the characters look, and the grammar also makes me uneasy, this is a major fault in many novels so (minor reason) 3. THIS IS A HAREM!! i hate harems( major reason) although it had indications of harem before but i thought to give it a chance, but other 2 reasons and this 3rd reason made it impossible for me to hold on through in this book. 4. This is a cheap copy of legendary mechanic. whereas in the book T.L.M. there was detailed info about exp, levels, ranks, and nice grammar, this book is opposite of all these points and I was here till chapter 650 just cuz the plot was good and it had comedy in it too. All in All 3 star

I really enjoyed this novel. Though it is clearly very inspired by The Legendary Mechanic, it is fantasy themed and a well developed story. Translation quality is definitely among the best I’ve seen among chinese novels, with only a few gender article problems here and there. Story development is great, with an interesting plot and good pacing. Contrary to many chinese novels this authors makes notes of the elements of the story he has introduced as there is a great sense of continuity, with elements introduced many chapters before playing out properly. Character design is quite good. I like the MC, but many of the main femal characters (I’m pretty sure this will end up becoming a harem story) seem to have very similar character design and still not very enjoyable. Fortunately the story does not focus much on romance, so I don’t mind much. World background seems also to be well made, wity well defined continents, kingdoms and factions and their interactions, though it is still a bit too early to give a final judgement. All in all I greatky recommend this novel. As a note to the translator: chapters 310-328 are still incomplete. It would be nice to have the whole chapters available.

they characters are 1 dimensional. read to late 50s then started skipping because nothing was actually happening just surface level stuff with random things the mc just "doesnt" know about. he gets a bunch of op sounding stuff at the very beginning then doesnt use anything for the enitre time i could stay interested. i knew i should have dropped when it made me pay for the 2nd chapter.
