The author continues to emphasize that the MC is lowkey, humble and makes fun of "arrogant young masters". But in reality the MC is the most ostentatious and arrogant guy there is. I mean even compared to other classic xianxia novel progatonists this guy is bad. His dialogue is at the level of a 3rd rate villain xianxia young master whenever he is in a fight. Mc's philosophy to cultivation and fighting is basically "I could have bided my time to cultivate, then killed this guy who is at the moment 10 greater realms above me, but I have to offend him right now because my heart can't take it", then proceeds to have plot armor save him by having the enemy obstruced and give the MC time to grow. Translation quality - 3/5 Stability of updates - 5/5 Story development - 4/5 Character Design - 1/5 (Except for the mc, other characters are decent) World Background - 4/5 Could have been such a great story if not for the second hand embarrasment you get from the mc's arrogant young master one-liners. Really makes it hard to root for the guy.
can anyone tell me whether the repeated paragraph problem has been fixed in later chapters or not ? if No then i won't continue..I read for enjoyment not frustration
I like this book a lot. The only problem I find is it doesn't have enough chapters. Good work with the translation also, not the best I have read but better than the average novels available online.
the book story is not bad but chapters like 19, 20 and more other chapters are like i write half of it and the other half i repeat changing "it is" into "it's" and alike. Awful. I'm not even gonna say much about author obviously writing great comments to his novel from other accounts. Childish and stupid.
I like the novel, but the translation frequently copies and repeats multiple paragraphs, trying to pad the word count to make the chapters cost more. Because of that, I can't recommend it.
