I'm loving this blend of modern eccentricity with a magical twist. Mikhailis's obsession with insects is honestly so relatable—I mean, who wouldn’t want a super OP chimera ant colony backing them up? Plus, the queen is such a vibe. The romance and political drama mixed with insect shenanigans is surprisingly entertaining!
Has potential but the relationship between MC and FML felt forced and kinda ruined it for me.
multiple repetitive paragraphs and even chapters, was expecting slice of life interspersed with smut featuring bug loving puppet master mc. got genius MC who acts unbelievably dumb with weird inconsistent power up mechanics and way more fighting than I personally signed up for. pro decent smut interesting fml semi fresh monster ecology interesting power up con bipolar / dumb mc inconsistent poorly planned power up snarky convo between mc/ai that never stops women ok with harem but enjoy setting the back yard on fire mc can't walk 5ft without getting into a fight despite having an army of companions who should and occasionally do protect mc from random mobs

Some chapters miss quite a lot of context, and some just feel like the author rewrite the chapter but forget to delete the previous ones, there are even a few chapters which about punishing Serelith but turns out to be mostly meaningless words, one of the worst s.x chapters I have ever read. Those chapters about ants are good though.

Great story but it’s painfully obvious that this is almost certainly AI generated in certain chapters.
so this novel is currently at 14 chapters as I'm making this review so won't be accurate when it comes to future developments however from what I've read I can already tell it has great potential, the humor is there and the world building actually has structure to it. only downside to this. However, is that the grammer seems to take a backseat in some instances and makes it difficult to understand what is trying to be implied. other than that I'm looking forward to more (and that he stops acting like a virgin even though he is one currently)

So far the first couple chapters are an almost carbon copy of “Risou no Himo Seikatsu”. Still i’ll keep reading because the chimera ant has me intrigued.
GREAT POTENTIAL! I LOVE ANTS! Well, not bugs as a whole but I always love the beauty of an ant kingdom ANT THIS BEING A CHIMERA ANT IS MAKINGME SO EXCITED!!! I remember seeing chimera ant form Hunter x hunter, and if it does similar to that one, or even if it's not, PLEASE CONTINUE IT!!!!!
Okay, I did NOT expect to enjoy a story where the main guy is all about bugs. But Mikhailis is actually kinda charming in his own way. The ant stuff gets kinda intense, but it's super creative! The mix of humor and magic makes it worth sticking around for.
Honestly, I didn’t expect to get hooked on a story about a prince and some ants, but here we are. Mikhailis being the consort to a queen while also raising a chimera ant army underground is weirdly epic. The mix of fantasy politics and the creepy-yet-cool ants makes this such an unusual but interesting read.
This story got a potential! That's the only thing I could say for sure! Please continue the story and please don't make the MC weak and Beta like other novels!

A very interesting premise, I want to know more about the chimera ant but the steady world building and character development is interesting as well.
The idea of Mikhailis just wanting to chill with his bugs but getting wrapped up in political drama is too funny. I love how the story doesn’t take itself too seriously—like, one moment he's talking to his AI, and the next he's summoning mutated ants. The humor really makes it more entertaining.
Amazing story with so many possibilities!!! Need more chapters released weekly. ALSO stop changing the enemies so much and stick with a storyline! like the underground syndicate by the capital and the Technomancers. also use more of his "equip" ability. And why doesn't he have a small companion animal/beast with him? Love the Novel!

So we’ve got a lazy prince with an insect obsession and a queen who just happens to summon him? This is kinda wild but also super unique. I never thought I'd care so much about ants before. The whole magic training thing is cool, but it’s the ant power-ups and their abilities that keep me coming back.
Author deleted his own review after admitting there was going to be yuri, hasn't added any tags relating to it. Waste of time, I had to ACCIDENTALLY find this out from some else.
