An APC with solar panels won't work! Even with 100% efficiency, the APC itself should weigh about 40-50 tons, taking into account weapons and personnel. In Warhammer, it could be 50-80 tons. The charging speed from solar panels simply isn't fast enough for that weight. If we take a realistic 15-person APC and take its upper area, it will be about 6-8 square meters. Under ideal conditions (midday, equator, clear sky), the engine needs 100-150 kW, up to 1000 W/m², consumption will be about 80-100 kilowatts per hour. This includes what solar panels can provide under ideal conditions, about 12-15%. The main thing is that it doesn't work at night, and solar panels are very fragile, which means an explosion or shrapnel hit will kill them!
Not bad, looks like it's time to create an army, and the main character already has bugs from the planetary defense force, the main character is obliged to disassemble it, study it, and create many copies and modifications, armored cars can become a good commodity for sale, I think there is plenty of scrap metal in the desert.
Is anyone reading a Fallout fanfic with a streaming system? I don't remember the exact name. If anyone remembers it, please tell me.
It's a shame that the main character is a primarch. It's too simple. It's more interesting when the main character rises from the bottom up, but when he's already at the top, it's boring. Starting as a wave of traders is already very easy, but starting as a simple inhabitant of the lower hive is a 99%999999 probability of what awaits you in reality. Although you know how to write text, I would gladly read about Fallout New Vegas, or something similar to steel waste.
Honestly, this idea is taken from a Chinese novel. I'm glad the author only took the idea, as the novels are generally different. I have questions: why doesn't the main character use knowledge from his past life? He actually lived on modern Earth, and he's an alchemist! Why doesn't he create modern alloys from ordinary, non-magical metals, but with excellent properties? Why doesn't he use the Damascus steel forging technique? Why doesn't he build modern devices, like a lathe? Why doesn't he make magical golems, which are most similar to modern technology? The author probably knows how electric motors, bearings, and so on work. In that world, only the magical version can be created, and the regular version. Hybrid technology, let him finally make a bicycle or an electric bike. Like any rebirth, he should bring some technology to a backward world and make it clear to all mages that everyone is equal when faced with a line of AK-47s. :) I also wonder why he doesn't use his skills to hybridize plants; they're simpler than animals, and you can farm experience faster. I also look forward to when he finds more people with different talents and takes them under his command, and builds at least one golem out of stainless steel armor with a Gauss weapon. :)

I don't think you're completely right, memories can be used incompletely, there's no need to use all of your life experience, only individual fragments, in fallout 4, there's an institute and they produce synths, and 3rd generation synths are essentially artificial people, they have information loaded into their brains, and then they undergo training, because knowing how to shoot and being able to shoot are not the same thing, and so on, of course synths have an artificial brain, but it's biological, it just has chips in it.
got rich, I think soon the main character will have thousands of spaceships with warp engines.
A truck with solar panels is still possible. It can be charged at a station or left in the sun for a couple of days. A motorcycle is too small to fit solar panels. Armored vehicles simply won't work. The first hit and they're finished, and with the lack of a fuel generator, they're a complete disaster! Ideally, solar panels in armored vehicles should be stored and stored inside the armor, and when there's no threat, they unfold, but a poplar generator is absolutely essential! Otherwise, your batteries will quickly run out, especially during combat, where some of them could be destroyed or damaged.
