Unique Skills Explained.
While discussing with a reader I have come to realize a mistake I have made. I haven't clearly stated the new Character Evaluation skills abilities, all in one place.
This has lead to some people thinking that Mark can read minds with his Character Evaluation [CE] skill. MARK CANNOT READ MINDS. The full capability of the CE skill will be explained below.
I have showcased it first with Mark being able to see Evelyn's character panel. The CE skill shows this -

Age: 22
Current Relationship: Friend and Agent.
Loyalty (towards Mark): 89/100
Hidden desires: To be in a relationship with Mark and …
Hidden Kinks: Submissive, cuckquean, praise kink, ...
Thoughts about Mark: admired, devoted and in love.]
This is old information BTW.
So it shows their name, age, current relationship, loyalty, hidden desires, kinks, thoughts about the user (Mark). The CE skill also lets Mark know if someone is lying to him. Like the quirk from - BNHA - [LIE DETECTOR]
The CE skill still shows all this information, but new abilities have also been developed attained by Mark due to its continued use. New Ability of CE skill -
KARMIC/MORAL SCORE –
It's a new feature, Mark unlocked from using the character evaluation skill on random people.
From Vani's explanation, it is like a tally of the karma people have. Every human being starts with a 100 karmic value and for every misdeed they perform; they lose some points or a fraction of a point depending upon the severity of their misdeed and intention while carrying out said deed.
Another ability that Mark gained is the ability to sense people emotions and intent. He used this ability for the first time in the story in "The Special Night arc" when he had intercourse with her because he got to know that Evelyn was a virgin.
He knew Evelyn wont admit she is in pain during penetration, so he read her body language, facial expressions and even focused his emotional sensing ability on her. It let him know whenever she was in excessive pain, so he stopped and took his time and was gentle ensuring that Evelyn enjoyed their coupling as well.
This is ability is an active skill he has to select a person to sense their emotions and intent. He can only do this to 3 people simultaneously for now. Maybe in the future it will improve further. There is also a distance limit of 5 meters on this ability just like the CE skill.

To summarise, now Mark's Character Evaluation skill can do the following -
[Character Evaluation (II), (A+ Tier Skill) –
1. Character Panel - Show the character panels of the scanned person. (Range limit of 5 meters.)
2. Lie Detector - Reveals if someone lies to Mark, currently doesn't work for telephonic conversation. (Needs to be upgraded.)
3. Karmic/Moral score - Its a tally of someone's life experience, of all their good and bad deeds. Can be used to judge a person's morality.
4. Emotion and Intent sensing - Mark must choose who he wants to sense. Its an active skill, that Mark must deliberately use. Range limit of 5 meters, Can only be used on 3 people simultaneously.]

Mark has gotten another unique skill recent from a Hidden Achievement named -
[Cloak & Dagger (I)], (A Tier Skill) -
[Description: Reduces the chances of success when someone tries to spy on the user or gather information about them. The user becomes aware if someone is tracking or spying on them, alerting them to things like hidden mics or cameras in any setting.]
Vani (the system AI), told him that if Mark continues bringing more criminals to justice he could also progress into unlocking more levels of his skill.
She incentivized him, by telling him about some features he could unlock in the future like a danger sense, greater protection against spying, tracking and even hacking, which would be a godsend in the age of internet.

Mark has bought another unique skill recently from the system shop, it is the much awaited –
♦ Unique Skills –
• Harem King's Template (S-Tier, Passive/Active Skill) —
A fragment of the Legendary Essence of The Harem King. Allows the user to obtain the following perks –
• A body just above the peak of your species in ability, one sculpted to match your original appearance with a few tune ups to make you look like the perfect version of you. «New: The user's body will remain at this peak even if he stops actively trying to maintain it with exercise or a balanced diet, only adequate sustenance is required.»

• A signature bloodline with a few benefits up to user's discretion. Can be passed onto a few descendants chosen by the user to carry on his legacy.
• Perfect memory with almost infinite storage and perfect recall. «New: Due to the user already having this perk except for the infinite storage and the user failing to meet even the minimum number of members required for a proper harem. He is awarded with a new perk.»
• «New Perk: Luck of the Harem King: Provides the user with a halo of luck that attracts people (celebrities or people with great destiny) towards the user. What attracts these people will vary from one another but there always will be something that piques their interest in you.
This interest can with some effort from the user be turned into genuine friendship, brotherhood or even love with some time spent in your company. (Can be toggled to specifically target/attract a certain group of people.)»
• Mastery of many weapons and unarmed martial arts and even just plain old brawling. (Must be actually trained for the muscle memory to properly integrate.)
• An immense skill in strategic and tactical warfare of any kind. «New: (This perk will slowly raise the user's skill in strategy and tactics, to avoid overloading the user's brain.)
• A good handle of logistics and how to raise and train a force from a small band of soldiers to an entire spy network. «New: (This perk will slowly raise the user's skill in logistics, leadership and management, to avoid overloading the user's brain.)
• A mastery of economics, logistics, an understanding of politics, and other things needed to run a functional power. «New: (This perk will slowly raise the user's knowledge and skill in the aforementioned subjects to avoid overloading the user's brain.)»
• A Charisma that grows with every conquest which will eventually become powerful enough to bend the will of entire nations and provide the user with the sheer presence of a monarch that others would describe as divine.]
