Chương 82: First Step into another Multiverse
Finishing the purchase of Omnilingual I began to eat heartily. The meal was okay, nothing like a 3 Michelin star meal but all together healthy. I stood up and took back my tray, the compartments empty of all food. I could feel Jean staring at me from the opposite side of the room. Feeling a little mischievous i decided to look straight at her. She flinched backwards a little in her seat as i sent her a wave and gave my best 'friendly' smile. With haste she continued to eat her food, ignoring me as i passed over my tray to the cleaning hand of the kitchen who was sitting behind a bench off to the side, waiting.
Feeling rather bored of teasing Jean i felt it would be a good time to go somewhere different for a time. Before just going, however, I pulled on my ridiculously big mana pool and sent a string of golden magic off into the atmosphere, seeking out Illyana and telling her I'd be away for a little while in an unreachable place. I felt that she would understand and that if she didn't I'd be back in a few days anyway and i could make it up to her. Jean was another matter that i didn't want to leave for too long so i would definitely only take a day or two.
'lil sis, i'm ready. I want to travel to the Stargate Multiverse.'

*BAMMPF!*
With a massive tug i was squeezed and mulched through multiple different dimensions and energy planes as i felt a faint muggy heat stick to my skin as I saw all the colours of the rainbow and even some of the colours only i could see with my Jigenkan. Space twirled and i felt as if i was falling and flying at the same time. Vertigo set in but didn't at the same time, it was very contradictory and happened within nanoseconds. Finally i slowed, or did I? I couldn't really feel speed or the passage of time as i floated? Fell? Flew? Through a black expanse with multiple tornado-like energy vortexes cascading around me in every direction imaginable. A faint purple haze took over my vision until i felt a tug on my body and soul again and everything returned to its previous state.
With a loud thud i collapsed onto a metal floor, the building surrounding me coming to life as lights flicked on and a verbose hum resounded from the lighting fixtures that seemingly melded with the walls in unique architectural ways. Groaningly i raised my head, my body feeling as though i just got squished through a grater and reconstructed on the other side. I smelt nothing as the space seemed to be very odourless, something about the room stopping the smell of anything. My vision flickered as i looked at the upwardly narrowing stairs that lead to the Stargate Control panels and general controls of the entire city.
Flexing my muscles i stood up, my bones cracking in agony as my body very quickly began to recover from the meat-grinder of a trip. Slowly i started walking up towards the control area. When i reached the top of the stair a huge mosaic-style glass was the wall, geometric shapes and patterns of various colours creating an artistic rendition of crystals and other natural materials. Through the clear glass at the bottom of the window i could see the deep darkness of the planet's ocean, the city barely visible in the low light. It was an immense structure of titanic proportions. The TV show didn't do it justice, it was massive with a capital 'M', it had numerous rising towers that could easily surpass New York Cities' towers in a heartbeat.
'Holy shit, it's now all mine as well! Haha.'
I soon moved over to the consoles of the Ancient City and began to look at the Ancient Language. Instantly it started to click into my mind, the inherit meanings of each button. I pressed on a button that states <Energy Levels>, a small holographic display ushering out from the console showing that the energy levels were adequate to run the shield for another year. I then checked another panel for information on the status of ZPM's over the city. I found that there were three that were being used to sustain basic life support and shielding.
"Good, this means that i don't have to worry about anything for a while... Okay, first matter i should focus on is finding information on ZPM's and how they are made and maintained."
I pressed on several button on the console bringing up a search index where i quickly entered Zero Point Module, the Ancients equivalent name for it, into the index. The information quickly presented itself before as I then began to read it and understand the process.
It spoke upon the use of a unique subspace-time dimension within the ZPM, red Zero crystals were used as the house for numerous ancient programs that created the perfect system to extract zero-point energy from the space. Yellow crystals or as the ancients called them, fillers, were used to strengthen the structure of the construct and stabilized the zero-point state. The creation of a zero-point space required a unique contraption that Atlantis did have, but it required a lot of energy and would usually deplete half of a ZPM in the creation of one. Supposedly this is why the Ancients were unable to completely stop the Wraith as the energy consumption surpassed their ability to produce more ZPMs.
'It's easy to create a space similar to what they describe in this, only issue is the program required for the ZPM to function.'
Yet again i searched in the index and looked up programs in relation to the construction of ZPMs. It took me a few minutes to look through them as i instantly learn the program language of the ancients. It was vastly complex but was infinitely easy to use if you understood the language from bottom to top, which i now did. Using my matter creation from the system i made a large amount of these crystals required for the ZPMs, using molecular information about them in the index once again. Once i had all that i needed I searched for the ZPM creation section of Atlanis. Once again a holographic display, now behind me projecting from a screen, showed the hundreds of levels of Atlantis before a single area lit up in green with the ancient words for <Zero Point Module Manufactorium>.
'Heh, time to get infinite power baby, I'll be taking this baby everywhere with me! After ZPM's i should focus on those drone missiles, maybe even get myself the Ancient Genes so i can use the control chairs!'
