I know that Ace D is from one piece (obviously) but the only place I can remember seeing a Goldstein is in fantastic beasts and where to find them.
Ace D. Goldstein found himself crying and smiling widely at the same time as he watched the last episode of his favorite story, One Piece. He already knew this was coming. He read the ending of the manga months ago. Seeing it in the anime just made it more real.

Well there is a risk of someone noticing the magic being sucked from the atmosphere in daigon alley but as Hogwarts sits on multiple leylines the magic is so abundant that no one would notice unless they were specifically watching him do it.
Considering that the Magic in Hogwarts will be in more abundance than in a forest, he is sure that he can achieve what he did in 5 years in a forest, in just a year.

It’s not that it’s essential it’s just that it makes it easier to cast magic as it is a foci so you don’t actually need one but it will be harder at the start without one and also some people believe it to be a crutch that hampers your later progress as you can grow to reliant on it. Or so I’ve gather from other fanfics but it may be wrong

Well it might matter for other stuff like wards where you may have to jumpstart it with magic and that may determine the range of the wards.
Remember that I am only talking about the raw power and not the skills. Even a level 3 wizard can beat a level 5 wizard if he is skilled while the other side has only power.
