Normally, when I come across a bad novel, I just say, “It’s only good for passing time if you have nothing else to do.” But in this case, for the sake of your mental health, I genuinely recommend not reading it. I don’t know if the author will delete this review or not, but honestly… it’s really bad. First of all, the title of the novel is completely backwards. It says “Extra’s Path to No Harem,” but in reality, it’s “Extra’s Path to Harem,” since in the end, the MC just takes the protagonist’s harem for himself. Then you read the synopsis and think, “Well, there must be some logical reason behind the MC’s actions — maybe there’s a war between the harem members and destroys everything, or maybe the original protagonist was too focused on women, stopped training, became weak, and everything fell apart because of that... or something.” But no. The logic behind the MC is simply that he doesn’t want the webtoon to be a harem — and that’s it. He even explains multiple times that there’s no real threat, no end of the world or anything like that. He’s just a simp and a hypocrite who thinks he has the right to manipulate other people’s lives. That’s all. And to think I read this novel even after seeing the synopsis with low expectations... but damn, it was way more disappointing than I thought. P.S.: There are more bad things too — like how easily the MC accepts that he’s inside of a novel, the cliché scenes, the fact that he’s “just an extra” but surprise! he’s actually a once-in-a-century genius, yet for some reason the original version of him was lazy and no one took him seriously, etc.

Chapter 52 – Dropped I don't like the protagonist. That's the only reason I am stopping from reading this story. I don't know if the author purposefully wrote him to be like this or it is a subconscious reflection of the author. Regardless, I don't like him. Everyone is entitled to opinions, but pushing or forcing them on others is a different matter. That's what the protagonist does. He tries to enforce the plot of the story he read because he loved the story and wants to experience it first hand as a bystander. Regardless of what the affected parties feel or think about it. I don't mind the idea if sticking to the "initial" plot, but when changes start to appear, changes that deviates the "initial" plot, yet the protagonist tries to stick to the "initial" plot as if it's their own identity, that, I don't like. The protagonist is forcefully deluding himself to think that these changes are hidden events or items that were discarded from the main story or other nonsense. Anything but accept their current reality. His behaviour is erratic. Not chaotic, but erratic. It's as if he has ADHD. He jumps from one thing to another without fully resolving the issue. Often times, he is given the opportunity to resolve the issue or misunderstanding, but his attitude goes "Eh, it's fine, I'll do it another time", but he never does. It is irritating. He gets powerful items, yet he doesn't even know how to use them. An item that gives him an answer about anything that happened in the present or past. Limitation? Can be used once a day. How many times did he use it in 2 weeks? 3 times. It's stupid, considering how much the item could clarify his worries with properly formulated questions. And that is not what infuriates me the most. The protagonist comes from modern world. A world that has internet. Yet even if he has this miraculous item, whenever he has a to answer a question, he goes to the library. LIBRARY!!! That's not what the modern man does. You have internet? The first thing you do to find answers you GOOGLE IT!!! That item is basically the equivalent of a search functions that accesses the universe records 🤬. So yeah, it had potential. The author just screwed it up.

It's not a bad read. Grammar and spelling seem fine to me. I agree that the premise is a bit strange but i've read worse. Personally I'm enjoying the story. Not sure why people hate on the harem genre, if you don't enjoy them, don't read them. The world building is fine, the characters could do with a bit of fleshing out, but its also early on on the story, so plenty of time to address it. Keep up the good work, i think you're doing fine.
beware of the mc if u want to read ... other characters may seem fine or stupid depending on the perspective but mc would definitely make u question ur life choices when u decided to read this novel world building and other settings seem fine didn't read enough to elaborate Grammer and writing is also fine the premise of a dude whose goal after isekaied into a fantasy world is to ship the Heroine he is simpin with the hero for absolutely no reason other than his preference is also a bit absurd..like he has the right to decide how others love life should be

I love the story till the latest chapter it has the same trope but slightly different from others of it kind. It's interesting and I have found something interesting to look forward to after a long time. Don't hold to much hooe tho think of it as passing your time and you will start enjoying it.
Honestly instead of posting whatever your posting use it as a rough draft because that’s honestly what you have. The free chapters are terrible so I’m not ganna buy anything I didn’t even get through all of them they’re too bad. Want people to pay for chapters ? Rewrite them otherwise this is going nowhere.
Some of y’all are so harsh for no reason. Yeah this novel isn’t the greatest piece ever written but it’s certainly not horrible and it’s an alright read if you want to pass the time.

I am really not sure on this book due to the fact that the author has great ideas, but he’s implementation skills are nil. The MC is in a unique situation, where he has been trans migrated to a novel world based on a story he was reading. This story, he heavily disapproves of as the main characters didn’t form the relationship he wanted and of course he dashes off some heavy criticism about this book from which the books author punishes him and sends him on his merry way to this novel‘s world and takes the place of an extra character. The narrative is very much first person, spoken by the virginal otaku who believes in pure love and his now new determination to make the main leads have a relationship with the protagonist abstaining from a harem and pursue only the female lead. I think at this point I kind of choked, thinking is this guy a Simp or what. Is he living precariously through other people’s lives rather than establishing his own life? The MC is now a noble, and he really has no idea what it means to be one. His first day deciding he wants to explore the world and decides to set off and do as he pleases, only being surprised that he is hauled back to perform his duties, whether it is the academy or military service. He currently thinks he can half ass it at the academy for the duration then be set free to wander, but again, no idea on if he would be set free. I can foresee family obligations, marrying to strengthen family ties (he has a fiancée already), which makes me feel the author really has no idea about this path. Overall it is a very weakly written novel, rather empty of motivation, lacking in thought and purpose. Maybe it could improve if the MC was more aware of things and not always putting his own wants into the equation. The FL isnt interested in the ML at the moment, but he keeps trying to push them together, I feel he is really trying a wish fulfilment fantasy here. Anyways, as it stands this isn’t a novel I can recommend. Perhaps it might change but until he stops trying to make things work his way then it will just be the MC trying to change the world the way he wants and already he has hints that all is not right but doesnt question why. TL;dr - it does have some potential but until some positive change happens, then it will only be mediocre
I'll wait this out, I don't mind how many girls get involved as long as there's no harem in the end. usually authors would leech on the idea that they had no choice or It'd be unfair to the girls, disgusting why promise one thing and do another I really pray this author avoids creating a harem, it's so easy just don't make a harem😭😭
Excellent Book, really loved the story. There is world building, great story, the MC is not a simp but also not overpowered, I would say falls in a perfect balance. There are perfect levels of mystery also, nothing like a chess game of gods but also not being completely predictable. Other characters are also good. Love it.
Hey author, I was wondering — who’s the protagonist’s love interest? Or is he gonna end up with all three?
harem tag is confusing. why put it there if it ain't harem. I mean no-harem seems a whole lot more fitting if the title itself says "-path to no harem'
Writing The first review after over 100th chapters!!!! Now I know most of you don't like how MC's personality is or how he acts....And I agree with some valid points but that was only in the beginning of around 40 chapters. From there, There is an improvement in the personality of MC, he doesn't spend time on useless things or at the protagonist, etc. MC focuses on himself and how to be strong, Those who have read Volume 2 Know that. Anyways, If you like, give a novel one try. That's all. Bye~!
