After following his dreams, he finally managed to graduate and get a job at a private hospital run by a renowned doctor called Valter Luz, with the help of a woman called Paula Verdante, with whom he naively had a crush.

Unfortunately, the real world is cruel to those with blind faith.

Betrayed and used as a guinea pig in tests linked to the paranormal, Gabriel's mind is destroyed and he succumbs to death....
