Sam's parents divorced when she was only thirteen. A month after divorce, her father, Ashton Reid, marries another woman. Heart broken, Sam decides to take her mom as both her dad and mom. Channeling all her love to her mom not until her mother decides to move on and get married to Turner and start another family with him.

Your dad is coming over tomorrow..." Tricia began.

"My dad?" Sam asked getting inwardly excited.

"I mean Mr. Turner" her mother corrected clearing her throat.

"So?" Sam asked after an eye roll.

"So I want you to be nice to him. No drama, I don't want history to repeat okay?" Tricia pleaded.

"History to repeat? Mom, the right person you should be saying that to is Turner not me because I'm not so much of a bad girl until you cross your limit with me. And more over I don't care about what you and your boyfriend is going to talk about or do tomorrow. You won't even smell me around plus you can have the whole house to yourselves. That is me being nice, happy?" Sam smiled as she said the last bit.

"First of all, Mr. Turner is my fiance not my boyfriend and also how will we not smell you around?"

"Sofia has a party and..."

"And you're not going" Tricia ended.

"You're not stopping me" Sam said back

"Since when did you start getting interested in parties, Sam?"

"Rather live in a dumpster than live under the same roof as your boyfriend" Sam said with an eye roll.

Tricia sighed before saying, "Well, you're not going anywhere tomorrow because I and Turner have something to announce to you tomorrow at the table ok?"
