"The Physics of Nuclear Weapons" or "nuclear radiation physics" by Ralph E. Lapp Reading books on design, theory and engineering principles, then designing and testing through simulation followed by gathering computational data and refining the margins of error is basically how weapons are created. For atomic weapons this can all start with books. Nuclear physics and weapon design theory books can be found online like ones metioned at the top. Even now such books are used as a basis for advanced technology or nuclear weapons like the atomic bomb.
Then I learned the advanced applications of microbiology, herbology, business creation, business administration, entrepreneurship (not much help from the books), psychology, sociology, learning, teaching, engineering, and building cars to atomic weapons and then some astrology.

It's fan-fiction & I said "realistic point of view" not "realistic.: Meaning: If one were to die and reincarnate in world where your chances of not waking up are exponentially higher. What would be the focus as that person with limitless potential. Would one focus be on fooling around, picking up girls, and wasting time. For the MC the focus is on making the best of his time, becoming more powerful, more rich and more capable of protecting what he holds dear to him, which is his family, future loved one's, his goals and a life he can enjoy.
