thats the point, this is the cartoon world, turned real. the people still have the same personalities, just the physical realms physics are real and not cartoony. But the "fate" / "storyline" of the universe is the same. The MC is a variable who will change it up, but it doesn't change the characters personalities.
I watched as the wheel slowly rolled to a stop on "Young Justice - TV Show" 'Huh...not bad actually, it could be a lot worse...but could have been better' I thought, thinking over the world I got.

Also, he should use this time to pick up more skills information maybe making cleaning formations or preservation formations to when he can clean something to a specific state and cast of preservation formation on it causing it so he can’t get dirty. He hasn’t opened his scroll in a long time.

The man should learn to use his spiritual sense for cleaning. By using it to pick up the dust particles and minor creases within the area and using a spiritual sense to flatten them out. The human hand naturally has germs and bacteria on it so when he cleans with his hands, he is making it clean, but he’s also adding the dirt from his own hand with his spiritual sense. No outside influence will affect it.
