Key Steps in Teaching Work ** 1. ** In terms of lesson preparation ** - The teachers would consult the teaching materials and books related to the lesson plans in advance and prepare the lessons carefully according to the actual situation of the students in the class. For example, he could prepare for each class according to the content of the lesson plan and the students 'situation, so that the teaching content could better meet the needs of the students. 2. ** In terms of classroom teaching ** - It was important to guide students to take the initiative to explore and give students the space to learn independently to obtain knowledge. Students will be able to express their understanding of the text and improve their ability to think and solve problems. Teachers also worked hard to organize classroom teaching, pay attention to all students, pay attention to information feedback, create teaching scenes, stimulate students 'interest and emotions, create a good classroom atmosphere, and use concise language to avoid repetition. The classroom questions were open to all students, combined with teaching and practice, and homework was arranged to reduce the burden on the students. They also used resources such as teaching materials to motivate students to participate in teaching, so that students could fall in love with Chinese learning in a relaxed and harmonious atmosphere. 3. ** After-school tutoring ** - For primary school students with poor self-control, such as not being able to complete homework on time or copying homework, they should pay attention to the education of thoughts and implement it in their learning guidance. Especially when it came to the transformation of the underachievers, it started from friendliness. For example, through shaking hands, touching the head, and other methods, it started from praise, understanding, and respect for the students. For example, in the face of students with poor writing habits, the students who wrote seriously were rewarded and their homework was displayed to set an example for other students. At the same time, strict requirements were imposed on students with poor writing habits, which improved the writing situation of most students. ** 2. Integration of knowledge inside and outside the class and students 'all-round development ** - In every class, according to the content of the teaching materials, expand the extra-cursory knowledge appropriately, encourage students to read extra-cursory books to accumulate knowledge, and give students more opportunities to communicate. At the same time, they paid attention to cultivating students 'good study habits. Because second-year students were highly malleable, they were strictly required in teaching and often focused on cultivating their study habits. ** 3. Teaching and Research ** - Under the influence of the "Daily Life Project", the second grade established a small project of "Daily Life of Spoken Communication" to guide the students to speak freely in conjunction with the festival. Obey the school's arrangements, abide by the standards of teachers 'ethics, care for students, not punish physically, discriminate against or humiliate students, communicate sincerely with parents, and protect the image of teachers and the interests of the school. ** 2. The protagonist falls into the memory of the camera novel
The novel "Tears of Scar" was adapted into a movie. In the movie, the director cleverly used memories to interweave the past and present of the protagonist, Doremat, telling the story of the bizarre death of a widow in a small town in Maine and the reversal of the fate of a maid. In addition, some novels would use memory fragments to express the protagonist's feelings, such as describing the atmosphere, emotions, and specific details (such as sensory stimulation in a specific scene, such as taste, sound, color, etc.) to express the protagonist's inner feelings. Read more exciting novels for free
