I once knew a situation where a medical receptionist was showing a new trainee how to use the system. In the process, she accidentally pulled up a patient's very embarrassing medical history and left it on the screen while she went to get something. A patient who was passing by saw it. It was a clear HIPAA violation and also quite a funny yet embarrassing moment.

Well, at my school, there was a urinal that made a really strange flushing sound. Every time someone used it, it sounded like a dying animal. We all used to laugh about it.

He ended up in the most awkward positions, like trying to balance on one leg and instead falling face - first into a pile of cushions. His attempts at the different poses were so comical, and his facial expressions made it even funnier. Every time he tried to straighten his back, he would topple over in a different direction.

There might be a story where a little boy tries to hide from his mom during bath time by squeezing into a very small space, like a cabinet, and then gets stuck. His mom has to rescue him while trying not to laugh.

There was this time when I was in high school. I was running late for class and as I rushed into the classroom, my backpack got caught on the doorknob. I was yanked back so hard that I fell over. All my books and papers went flying everywhere. The whole class was already seated and they all had a good laugh at my expense.
