Twelve Thrones: United Islands of Khiz (UIK) Perspective tells the story of UIK, a collection of islands bound by the sea and a complex network of political and familial ties. The people of UIK are defined by their resilience and resourcefulness, as they face constant challenges both from the seas and the political ambitions of other kingdoms. As the ruling class of UIK navigates shifting alliances and internal power struggles, they must also protect their homeland from those who seek to control the valuable trade routes and resources of the islands. The first 25 chapters will cover UIK's history, uploaded weekly on Mondays at noon. Afterward, the main story begins with shorter chapters (1–2 per week) focusing on the present day. Unlike the history chapters, the story won’t have dates and will follow one character. You’ll need to piece together the timeline through character interactions and events. I recommend reading the series in date order to fully grasp the unfolding history. If the story gains popularity, I might include a date order map on each perspective.
