Yuta Okkotsu might be one of the most OP characters in JJK because he is like the combination of Gojo and Geto. Gojo is strong because he was born strong, but he has a peak, and once that peak is reached, then that's it. Geto, meanwhile, though he is trash, that guy has no peak. If he were immortal like Tengen, given enough time, that guy could potentially beat Sukuna in a one-on-one battle. Though it might take a million years, he still theoretically can do it. Yuta is both born strong and has no peak; his cursed technique enables him to improve himself every day as long as jujutsu sorcerers keep being born (he can also copy curse techniques, by the way, so yeah). He has only been a sorcerer for 2, maybe 3 years, and somehow he is now up against Sukuna. Though he got cooked, I'm going to say it's because he didn't have enough prep time (unlike that fraud Geto, who went on a decade-long time skip not knowing RCT). So I thought, what if I make someone take over Yuta's body and give him prep time? Around 5 years before he even gets into Jujutsu High? What kind of monster will he be? And thus, this story is born. The story follows Shūji, a 14-year-old Konoha Chūnin who secretly possesses the memories of an adult from another world. Though he has come to terms with his new life as a shinobi, he maintains a calm, observant, and slightly detached perspective. His life takes an unexpected turn when he is assigned a seemingly simple C-Rank mission and partnered with an 8-year-old prodigy: Uchiha Itachi. Their mission is to travel to the Land of Rivers, a neutral territory without its own shinobi village, and eliminate a group of bandits who have been harassing trade routes. The mission is considered low-risk, as the bandits are not ninja. However, upon their arrival, Shūji's keen instincts and investigative approach (which includes casually gathering intel from a local restaurant owner over a delicious meal) reveal that the situation is far more complex. He quickly deduces that the bandits are not random outsiders; they are locals from the seemingly peaceful Shirakawa Village, who are selectively robbing "out-of-town" merchants while leaving local suppliers untouched. The central conflict shifts from a simple "seek and destroy" operation to a delicate political and ethical dilemma. Shūji must mentor the young, hyper-logical Itachi, who suggests using force and genjutsu to extract information. Shūji counters that they have no hard proof, and the "bandits" are, in the eyes of their families and neighbors, simple villagers. The story becomes a test of wits as Shūji and Itachi must figure out how to expose and stop the criminals without any evidence, all while navigating a community that is protecting its own.
