I am practing my attention span through the continued practice of writing consciously rather than on autopilot about the imaginative world I immerse myself in without rushing myself to explain the details until I can maintain complete empathy throughout an entire meditative session. Each chapter is the length of an entire session, and each progress made in the story for each session will vary depending on how long it takes for me to immerse myself into the moments I write about. Sometimes, I may even repeat some events for the sake of entertaining myself, which that too will be rewritten to include the slight variations to the story, rather than going back and editing what was already written.
