What if you purchase a book from a second hand bookstore and found a dying letter written on it? What would you do? Would you ignore it? Would you try finding the previous owner? This is the dilemma of Eric, a young D.J. of an evening segment to a radio station. He bought a book at a small second hand bookstore. When he got home, he tried to browse the pages of the book. He then noticed that at the last blank pages of the book, a letter was written. It started with the greeting, “Yam” and ended with “Your Dad.” It is actually a letter of a dying father to his daughter whom he had not talked to for ages. Having read it several times, Eric wanted to give the book to the daughter but his dilemma is he does not know where to look for her. The only clue that he has is the simple greeting, “Yam.” The letter kept on bugging him, as if pleading to be sent to the addressee. What will he do? Would Eric be able to give the dying message of the father to his daughter?

The novel revolves around three story lines:- 1. Prof. Mathew 2. Sasi and Amit(college undergraduates) 3. Detectives Govind and Srikant 1.Prof. Mathew:- He is a professor in an engineering college and is also a recent divorcee. He has absurd nightmares about a man reciting to him old poetry and threatening to kill him, after which he finds himself in the terrace in the morning(presumably sleepwalking to the terrace each time he has this nightmare). He is also forgetting things at a constant rate so much so that he has completely forgotten what he teaches and has resorted to teaching a mathematically calculated language(which he claims to have created himself) to his students as his courses don't account for much. 2.Sasi and Amit are first year college undergraduates. While wandering around the campus, they meet Hussain, a super senior(one who has graduated college but still stays in the campus) who is also the founder of 'Raining jacket Inc.' which is a startup which, with the help of its device 'Raining Jacket', manages to manipulate people's minds with the AI devices they use like phone, laptop etc to like someone else( most precisely it's clients). Hussain hires them and all of them go through a journey of being fascinating by the extent to which Raining Jacket can manipulate the mind into liking someone. 3. Detectives Govind and Srikant are investigating the murders of a serial killer on the college campus(same as prof. Mathew, Sasi and Amit) who follows a pattern of alternate gender murders. They are also close flatmates whose kids got exchanged when they were born, and they are in the process of accepting their real kids, after swapping them with each other.

"Now, it's time for gods to fear their pawns." "I am Hagif, god of all, bestows upon humanity 'God's Gift: Arrows of Heaven'." He wore his sunglasses before raising his hand. As if on cue, a big ball of blinding light appeared. "Better put your sunglasses on, folks. This tiny thing is a little bright for human eyes." He grinned before adjusting his glasses. Tiny? Little Bright? This god is crazy.

Cathryn Woods was a Fine Arts student, who joined a Tattoo Design Contest, in which her best friend, her model, failed to show himself on that fateful day at the event. Desperate for the winner's cash prize so that she could pay for her school fees at an Art University, she convinced (well 'convince' is rather an understatement), a random guy at the beach she found to be her model instead. Her model turned out to be Alexander, a playboy who was the lead vocalist of a rising teenage boy band, and is it a coincidence that they go to the same university? Their flirty conversations and humorous banter also made their mutual like for each other bloom. Things will take into a serious turn when the redhead realized she fell hopelessly in love for the first time and with a player nonetheless, whom she met last summer. Will she be brave enough to risk herself in the name of love? Even auditioning as a supporting vocalist for the band just so she could always be near Alexander? What will Cathryn do if she knew that one of the band members had also caught the love bug for her? Messy love triangles are fun, yes, but Cathryn wished she could turn back time and hadn’t taken it to heart because the games can easily get brutal. Alexander bit his lip and his hooded eyes regarded her. "I could just tell you stories instead of you reading them for hours." "Based on your experience, huh?" She blurted it out before she could stop herself. Cathryn blushed furiously. Embarrassed, she tried to distract him from reading it. "Give that book back." Alexander continued like the infuriating fucker he is. "Oh yeah. Sweat broke out all over her body, imagining him super horny and determined to have sex with her. The idea didn't horrify her." Cathryn grasped the book from his hands but Alexander kept on raising it higher. She jumped, almost taking hold of the cover but Alexander had pushed her shoulder away in an attempt to stop her from getting the book back. She pushed him harder, kicking him with her shoes and they both fell on the couch, jerked out of balance. Alexander had instinctively wrapped his hands around her tiny waist to keep her from falling on the floor while Cathryn's hands were on his shoulders, moving to his chest. They stared wide-eyed at each other before Alexander's gaze transfixed on her mouth and one of his hands moved to caress her back with his fingers. "By the way, your best friend told me that you wanted to tell me something." He held her a moment, his hands on her body and his face a glowing heat onto hers.
