Split into More Than Two Parts: The Spreading Fear

Split into More Than Two Parts: The Spreading Fear

A reincarnation story where the protagonist, a man from modern society, gets a chance to live his new life in a fantasy world. Born to a noble and a successful merchant, Joseph, retaining fragmented memories from his past life due to an error that occurred during his reincarnation process, struggles to adapt to noble society being often shunned due to his family background. In his social debut other noble children avoided him like a plague and growing up he only really got along with two people - Rachel an orphan girl adopted by the church of the “war” and Richard a son of merchant couple that operated near his father’s merchant guild. Despite the setbacks, Joseph never lost hope of getting acquainted with more of his peers and finally integrating himself into the circle of the nobles. In his mind, Joseph just needed “that” something to distinguish himself from others, “that” something being, of course, a book of Knowledge - A Book with a white cover, made by the church and blessed by the gods to be partially filled with the history and experiences of one of the many prominent figures in human history, while the rest of it would be left blank. With the bestowal of this book, the memories and knowledge belonging to that particular prominent figure would also be engraved into the mind of the one who had been chosen by the gods to receive this gift. With a few exceptions, every “book holder” was highly regarded by people in society, being adored by nobles and commoners alike, after all, they were the chosen ones from between the masses to guide humanity to a brighter future with their inherited knowledge. “Book Holders” were rare, but everyone had the chance of becoming one when they reached their 18th birthday – And Joseph firmly believed in his chances. However… He was bound to be disappointed. ----------------------------------//------------------------------------- Leaving the church where the bestowal ceremony had occurred, Joseph walked into the rain with a downcast expression, he refused to take the carriage ride back home, opting to walk the streets of the city of “Novelind” by himself until he reached his grandparents’ mansion. He walked… and walked, always keeping his head low, only occasionally would he look up to get a sense of his surroundings. In his mind he was reviewing what happened at the ceremony, asking himself where everything had gone wrong. It was during this time, while he wandered the streets with a distressed mind that he, by chance, while once again raising his head to check his surroundings, caught a glimpse of his own reflection on a shop’s window display and quickly noticed something wrong with it - his reflection did not show his side-profile, it was instead facing him while wearing different clothes than him, clothes that reminded him of his previous life, but perhaps more disturbing, at least to Joseph, were the eyes, vivid red pupils only focused on him and following each step he took. Joseph stopped walking and faced the window display, looking back at his reflection with a creeping sense of unease and confusion, while “it” stared back at him displaying different movements from him. » Joseph: … What the… Follow the life of Joseph while he journeys, anonymously, through the “Eliadia” continent, while trying to spread as much chaos as he can – For what purpose? To reignite the fear of the unknow and the unpredictable in people’s hearts and use it as a deterrent to the war that is in the brink of starting between the human, the elven and the dwarf races. Aided and haunted by the consciences of different versions of himself from parallel realities, Joseph will develop a wide range of abilities that will help him complete his task- But… what about those moments where his own skills aren’t enough to surpass the obstacles that are erected in front of him? Well, in those moments, he will just let one of his “doppelgängers” take over.

I recommend Falling in Love with a Noble Son: Campus Concerto to you. The female protagonist was a violin genius who loved this art. However, for some reason, she had to terminate her plan to play the violin. In the novel, it was also mentioned that the female lead had a white violin. I hope you like this fairy's recommendation.
