No se trata de incluir esa palabra en el relato, sino que debe ser el «tema» del mismo. Por supuesto, es un reto personal y no estoy obligado a acabarlo, si bien es cierto que en varias ocasiones lo he terminado; no lo hago por practicar, por mantener una disciplina o por cualquier motivo de encontrar un hábito. O sí. Lo que cuenta es que me gusta escribir microficción y me ayuda a tener mi verborrea, mejor mi «graforrea», a raya. Cincuenta palabras para un micro son pocas y hay que optimar recursos. ¿Merecerá la pena leerlos? En «Zen en el arte de escribir», Bradbury asegura que «si escribes un cuento a la semana durante un año, es imposible escribir 52 malos relatos seguidos» —bueno, que me dejen a mí, a ver si es imposible o no—. Se recibieron 151 relatos a nivel nacional, y se contó con un comité lector integrado por 80 voluntarios designados por Machucabotons Escuela de Escritura, para la lectura y preelección. Hecha la apertura de los sobres, la relación de ganadores quedó establecida de esta forma: Primer premio "Camel - Pulp" por Ostracista Seudónimo de EDWIN WALTER TOVAR CHUMPITAZ Segundo premio "Los cobardes no van al cielo" por Aaron Champi Seudónimo de EDWIN WALTER TOVAR CHUMPITAZ Se hace notar que es la primera vez en la historia del concurso que un participante recibe en simultáneo el primer y segundo premio.
