Konoha: Uchiha's Absolute Justice
"The current ninja world is distorted because there are many 'evils' in it. These 'evils' have created chaos, breeding countless pains, disasters, and tragedies..."
"Corrupt Daimyo, power-hungry elites, beasts who slaughter their own clans, brain-damaged simps... If these vermin continue to exist in the ninja world, the ninja world will become increasingly pathological."
"And I, with absolute justice, will purge the entire ninja world!"
—Thus spoke Konoha's Jonin, 'Uchiha Chisen', who upholds the philosophy of [Absolute Justice].
Absolute justice ensures that justice is never late.

TL Synopsis:
In the year 1957 of Konoha's calendar, just before the Uchiha clan massacre, Uchiha Izumi, a twelve-year-old girl of mixed heritage, applies to join the Konoha Military Police Force. She chooses Uchiha Chisen, an elite and notoriously harsh ninja, as her examiner, much to the apprehension of her clan head and fellow officers.
Chisen, possessing a unique 'golden finger' that allows him to see and judge individuals based on their past or future 'evil' deeds, immediately subjects Izumi to brutal, unconventional training. He believes in "Absolute Justice" and demonstrates extreme methods, including severe physical punishment and public interrogation, to instill his ideals in Izumi.
Meanwhile, Chisen’s actions, which involve dispensing his own brand of justice outside the law, draw the attention of the Third Hokage and the Uchiha clan leadership, creating internal conflict and external scrutiny
