Mahayana Bodhisattva was one of the Three Sages of the West and was the right-wing attendant of Amitabha Buddha. There were some characteristics that could be used to identify the Bodhisattva statue: - The image of the Great Power Bodhisattva was generally similar to that of Guanyin Bodhisattva, but it could be distinguished by the crown. The one with a treasure bottle on the crown was the Great Power Bodhisattva, and the one with a Buddha was Guanyin Bodhisattva. - The Sutra of Amitayus described that he was as big as Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva. He wore a crown on his head with 500 lotus flowers on it. There were 500 treasure platforms on the lotus flowers."One platform after another, the pure and wonderful appearance of the Buddhas in the ten directions appeared in the middle. The meat bun on the top was like a bowl head. There was a treasure bottle on the meat bun, which contained all the light and displayed Buddhist affairs." He stood barefoot on the lotus platform of the Sumeru throne with his hands clasped together. This was the classic posture when he was guiding the dead to the pure land. The Bodhisattva of Great Power had a high status in Buddhism. It symbolized wisdom and protected all living beings together with Guanyin Bodhisattva. When all living beings were about to die, the two Bodhisattvas would randomly guide them to the Western Paradise. In the future, the Bodhisattva of Great Power would become a Buddha after Guanyin Bodhisattva and be called the Good Living Merit Treasure Buddha. Mahayana Bodhisattva is a practitioner of chanting the Samadhi and teaches all sentient beings with this method. His principle of "taking the six roots, purifying the thoughts one after another, and obtaining the Samadhi is the first" has become an important principle for the practitioners of the Pure Land in our country. The Great Bodhisattva statue usually only appeared as a servant of Amitabha Buddha, and it was rare to see it worshipped alone. It was said that Langshan, located in the suburbs of Jiangsu Province, was the place where the Bodhisattva of Great Power was converted. If you run every day, your body will change in many ways. In terms of the cardiovascular system, running could enhance the strength of the heart muscle and increase the output of the heart. It could help reduce the risk of cardiovascular diseases such as cardiovascular disease and high blood pressure. It could also strengthen the heart function, improve lung capacity, and promote blood circulation. For the muscle-skeletal system, running can strengthen the muscles of the legs, hips, and waist, improve joint flexibility, and help prevent fractures and malnutrition. However, excessive running can damage the health of the knee joint, such as causing damage to the meniscus. From the perspective of body composition, running was a kind of cardiovascular exercise, which could consume a lot of calories, help reduce body fat, and shape a healthy body. In terms of the immune system, running could strengthen the body's immune system and increase resistance to diseases. In terms of mental state, running could help relieve stress, improve mood, improve sleep quality, and fight psychological problems such as depression. In addition, people who ran for a long time might have a younger body and a younger brain. This was because exercise would increase the blood flow and deliver more oxygen to the brain, which would slow down the rate of brain contraction. However, it should be noted that if the running method is not appropriate, such as excessive running, it may increase the burden on the heart, especially for people with weak physique or cardiovascular disease, which may lead to insufficient blood supply and oxygen supply to the heart. It may also induce rhabdomyolysis and affect kidney health. Moreover, running every day was not conducive to physical recovery and rest. If one blindly pursued results and blindly rushed to run, it might lead to injuries or make running a burden.
