Chapter 7: Ch.7
[Timeskip: 1 week later.]
I awaken to the smell of Jake's cooking. Ever since he learned I couldn't eat organic foods he started cooking Iron and stuff I provided in a magical burner they found on an adventure once.It smelled like Copper, Silver and a bit of gold.
I got up and slipped on my clothes. It was a simple yellow and silver Patterned shirt with some matching joggers.
I walked out of my room to see Jake placing a mixed coloured bar of metal on a wooden plate. He noticed me walking in and smiled, "I just finished making your breakfast Chryso." He said pointing at the Ingot.
I grin and run over to the ingot and take a big bite out of it… Damn this is good.
"That never gets any less weird to look at." He said referring to my eating of metal. I laughed and grin.
"Well, I don't know what to say. But I do know this is some good shit." I said and ge raised an eyebrow at my curse word.
Finn and Jake got used to my swearing pretty fast however Jake made a comment about it was strange to see royalty using such crude language. I simply laughed it off though.
"So," I started and swallowed the contents of the 'Food' in my mouth, "I was wondering. Do you guys have any plans for today?" I said and he nodded while getting the piece of toast he had in his hand.
"Yeah, Me and Finn are going to the candy kingdom. Apparently Princess Bubblegum wants Finn's help with an Experiment. Me and Lady our going to hang out while they do their thing." He explains while eating his breakfast.
My eyes widened in recollection. The first episode! The one with the candy zombies, okay I want to go with them.
"Oh? Can I come? It would be nice to meet a fellow ruler of the kingdom." I said getting a nod from the yellow dog, "Sure man." He said and soon Finn came down the ladder of his room in his Pj's "Mourning." He said rubbing his eyes.
"Mourning mate." I said grinning, Jake passed Finn a plate of Eggs Bacon and toast.
"Thanks." He said smiling and started digging into his breakfast. I sat at the dining table with a thoughtful expression.
"What wrong KG?" Asked Finn, he had called me KG because he is unable to pronounce my name correctly, so he uses my Royal name initials.
"I was just wandering, Since I will be tagging along, What kind of person is this Princess Bubblegum." I said pretending I didn't know anything about her.
"Oh. Well, she is smart, super smart. And she is caring to her subjects, and the people around her." He said grinning.
I nodded and eat the last of the metal alloy Jake gave me. "What time we leaving at?" I asked curious.
"Well, Princess said we were to come just when the sun is starting to the sky and it gets dark." He said with a mouthful of food.
"Cool." I said and turned to BMO who was playing with two spoons and pretending they were fighting.
"BOOM! I win!" He said dropping a spoon to the ground and waving the other above it in a victory pose.
I laughed at his antics…
[Timeskip: 10 hours later…]
"Okay it's time to go." Said Finn in his outfit and backpack. I nodded with my hands in my pockets and followed them.
Once we left the tree house Jake and Finn turned to me, "Do you want to ride on my back to the candy kingdom?" Asking Jake, he suddenly grew in size and grabbed Finn and put him on his back.
I looked down in thought and an idea came to me.
I smile and couch down and pat the ground.
Suddenly a Giant Dragon made out of Rock and dirt with grass on its back came out of the ground. It was completely soulless so I had to manually control it. It wings stretched out and it kneeled infront of me.
Finn and Jake stared at me in shock, they both suddenly exclaimed, "Wow!" I laughed and jumped onto its back.
"Well, what are we waiting for?" They dumbly nodded and we took off in the direction of the Candy Kingdom.
I couldn't help but smile as I soared in the air. This was what freedom was like, Being able to freely soar through the sky.
Soon we landed at the front of the Candy kingdoms gates. I jumped off my Rock dragon and it sinks into the ground.
Infront of the gates was princess bubblegum.. Damn, she hot! Well- moving on! She is wearing a labcoat and safety glasses. Next to her was Lady Rainicorn. Jake quickly ran over to her and started chatting with her.
Bubblegum saw me and Finn and walked Over to us. She looked at me a bit suspiciously and held out a hand.
She was obviously expecting a handshake but I grabbed her hand and kissed the back of her knuckles, "It's a pleasure to meet you my lady, I am The King of the Gaia kingdom, King Gold." She looked at me a bit shocked but nonetheless shook it off.
I let go of her hand and she stared at it for a second and put it to her side, "Ehm, well I am Princess Bonnibel Bubblegum. It's a pleasure to meet you king gold. I heard about your kingdom's construction a couple days ago." She said with a slight bow. Ah Royal shit gotta love it.
She cleared her throat and smiled, "May I asked why you have visited?" She asked politely, I grin, "Oh I'm Finn and Jake's roommate. I am off royalty duty my brother Duke Gemstone is currently running the kingdom under my instructions." I explained and she nodded.
"So you are just tagging along for the experiment?" She asked and I nodded.
I smiled even wider showing of my diamond teeth, "Since I'm off Duty you can just call me by my Name, Chryso." She nodded with a smile. "Then you can just call me Bonni." She said and Finn decided it was a good time to asked a question.
"So what will we be doing today?" He asked curiosity in his tone. I nodded at his question and bubblegum gestures us to follow her.
We do so and we follow her into a clearing nearby the Candy Kingdom. It was a graveyard by the looks of it. In the middle was a experiment table with a bunch of measuring jugs with chemicals and concoctions.
She handed Finn a peer of Safety glasses and apologetically looked at me, "Sorry I only had one more peer." She said and I just shrugged and clicked my fingers suddenly a peer of Crystal safety glasses popped into existence and I put them on.
"Oh my. How did you do that?" She asked with widened eyes.
"Oh I'm the Earth Elemental." I said nonchalantly.
"Elemental?" She said confused.
"Eh well I'll tell you about it another time." She nodded at this and we went to the table.
"Anyway what are we doing here?" I asked and she explained that we were going ti resurrect her fallen subjects. I grimaced at that. I didn't like that but it was her choice.
She started putting stuff into a glass, "Alright let me just add three more drops of explosive diarrhoea." I laughed at that and a gas cloud with a skull came out of the jar.
"Princess Bubblegum when we bring the dead back to life will they be filled with worms?" Finn asked wiggling his fingers.
"No if my Decorpseanater works then all the dead Candy people will look as young and healthy as you do." She said and Finn started beating his chest and doing ahh sounds, haha I love this kid he is hilarious.
She looked at Finn, "Picked up that plater tough guy." She says and Finn picks up a silver plater. He opens it to show the dead body of a cream puff, "old Mr cream puff?" He said and Bubblegum giggles, "We used to date." She then takes the injection full of the chemical solution and stabs it into the Candy corpse. The green liquid fulls it's dead body and it starts to fizzle "Something happening!" Exclaimed Finn, the body started to glow "Come on, Come on!" Said Finn to the body. I just stared from the side.
Then it happened the Body of Mr Cream Puff got up and lifted up its hands he makes groaning sounds and Finn pumps his hand in the air "Algebratic!" He said the Iconic line hahaha!
Bubblegum looked at the body worried, "Something wrong." She commented and the body shouted, "Sugar!!" It then started to vomit green liquid and fly into a big glass jar that starts to shake and falls over and hits a gravestone and covers the entire yard in Goop.
Well shits about to get real…
