Chapter 2: 2nd Path - New World , New Abilities, New Hardships
'Where am I?' 'Has the transmigration been successful?
Waking up from his slumber, the boy had many questions unanswered. He found himself on some kind of medical bed with various needles connected to tubes hooked up to a machine. Said machine monitored his health and showed data like heartbeat, body temperature, and etc…
As he tried to get up he winced a bit before he laid back down.
'Am I in some kind of hospital? -it does make sense as to why my whole body aches' The boy thought to himself.
Just as he was thinking the door to the room opened revealing a man in a lab coat.
"AH, you have awakened brat. I thought you died on me, I praise you for you are as hard to kill as a cockroach" The man said as he looked at the boy in disgust.
"...?!" Hearing the reply from the man, he was shocked.
'What the hell?! Is this man a doctor or…' The boy's face darkened as he tried to get up despite the pain.
But just as he was about to get up he felt a shock around his neck disabling his nervous system and causing him unimaginable pain.
"AAAAAH!" The boy yelped
"Ooops, we wouldn't want you escaping now would we. After all you are the only lucky survivor of batch 17" The man said as he walked over to look at the boy who was fighting just to breath.
"Oh sorry, let me just turn that off" The man said as he pressed a button on his watch" He then turned back to the boy and smirked lightly.
"No use struggling boy, the collar around your neck sends a charge of electricity through your veins and nervous system. Once triggered you won't be moving for half a day and don't even try breaking it, the frame of the collar is made out of reinforced titanium alloy."
Hearing that, the boy could only glare at the man but instead of being intimidated the man only looked more amused, as if he just found a new toy.
"My word, I heard about it from the others but seeing it in person is truly shocking. Your natural black eye color is now replaced. Your left now red but even stranger is that in place of the pupil and irises, it now has the Japanese Kanji for six. As for your right eye, it's even more intriguing!" The man said hysterically.
"Truly, the mark of human creation. A winged serpent with its tail in its mouth, creating a circle with its body. Encircled within is a hexagram, the mark of human alchemy. You truly are our greatest creation, the proof that we were correct all along! Yes, this is worth sacrificing the lives of over a thousand people, the evolution of us humans -A human-based Homunculus!"
'This… are the abilities I chose a factor of my starting point and background?' The boy couldn't help but to think.
The boy looked at the man with a cold glare as he used his remaining strength to reply to the man.
"You are all crazy!" The boy said with disgust evident in his tone.
"Hah? Crazy?!" The man looked at the boy before he burst out laughing.
"Hahahahahahahaha!" The man said his laugh gradually shifted to anger before he slapped the boy in his cheek and started beating him. "You dare call me crazy!"
"GRr!" The boy growled as it was the only thing he could do. His body paralyzed, he could only endure…
'YOU BeST HopE I Don'T GeT FrEE or eLSe!!!' The boy thought as he grit his teeth.
'I"LL FUCKING MURDER YOU!' He thought as he lost consciousness.

"HAH! HAH! HAH!" The man breathed hard as he finished beating the boy before he returned to his senses.
"Shit!" The man said before he wiped the blood of his hands, after making sure the boy was alive he sighed in relief. Getting a vial out of his pocket he took some of the blood off the boy into the vial and left.
"Almost forgot what I was here for, little shit angering me" The man said as he left the room.

After a few hours, the boy had woken up. His first thoughts were of anger and hatred for how he was treated.
'THAT BASTARD!' He thought.
He was angered. Never before had he ever faced such humiliation before. From his fragmented memories of his past life, he was always a nice person. Not once has he done any wrong, so why was such a thing happening to HIM?
The angered boy continued to question his starting point until he heard faint voices.
"Death"
"That's right, they are better off dead"
"Murdering them will give you pleasure"
"Do it"
"Who's there!" The boy shouted as he shifted his eyes around the room.
'No one? But those voices…' He thought.
He sighed as he tried to think rationally. 'From what that bastard has said, it seems I am truly transmigrated and have also gotten both my abilities'
He had confirmed them when the man who he assumed was some sick scientist or doctor had described his eyes.
The Six Paths of Reincarnation ability of Mukuro Rokudo from Katekyo Hitman Reborn and The Ultimate Eye of Wrath/King Bradley from Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood.
Funny enough his situation is so much like Mukuro and King Bradley which further cemented the idea that whatever ability he chose would somehow manifest and make an event similar to the two as his starting point and background.
Mukuro and King Bradley were both experimented on and through those experiments led them to acquiring their abilities. Mukuro after repeated experiments had died and came back to life on several occasions granting him the Six Path of Reincarnation ability.
While King Bradley, who was originally human was experimented on along with several others. Though in the end he was the sole survivor as he was the only one who did not succumb to the philosopher's stone and became one of the two human based homunculus.
It seemed his situation was something like a fusion of the two characters' origins.
'But still, Six Path of Reincarnation and The Ultimate Eye…' The boy grinned madly. With those two abilities he would avenge his humiliation and then live his second life to his fullest.
The Six Path of Reincarnation, an ability gained from the cycle of death and rebirth along with awakening abilities from each of the six realms. The Japanese kanji of the number will appear in the eye to show which path is being used.
The First path, the Realm of Hell otherwise known as the Naraka Path. Grants the user the power to create real illusions capable of manifesting in the physical world. This power is a form of reality-warping, but the illusion must be preconceived before the power manifests. Mukuro once used this to create an organ for Chrome to survive. The ability is only limited by the imagination and the user, so long as the user wills it and maintains it, whatever he creates becomes real.

The Second path, The Realm of the Hungry Ghost otherwise known as the Preta Path. It grants the user the power to use the skills of others. It seems to require the user to currently possess a person's body to be able to perfectly perform their signature moves.
The Third path, The Realm of the Beasts otherwise known as the Animal Path. It grants the user the ability to summon or control any 'animal' or anything that could be considered a 'animal' or 'beast'.
The Fourth path, The Realm of the Demons otherwise known as the Ashura Path. Shroud's the user's left eye with Mist Flames along with getting increased physical capabilities. Once the Mist Flames disperse, the empowerment is on cooldown until it can once again be unleashed.
The Fifth path, The Realm of the Humans otherwise known as the Human Path. Also known as the most dangerous path out of the Six realms coinciding with all the horrors and sins of humankind. Gives the user an even more increased fighting capability than the Ashura Path. Shroud's the users whole body in battle aura resembling the Dying Will Mist Flames.
The Sixth path, The Realm of the Heavens otherwise known as the Deva Path. Grants the user the power to mind control others. Also is the default path that the eye always reverts to. The weakest of the Six Paths.
Then there's the Ultimate eye. Grants the user the capability of highly precise perception of details. It is because of this eye the user will have the ability to read and predict practically any move his opponent could make as well as the minute details and movements of his general surroundings. Grants extra-sensory vision of general surroundings with the eye's true ability, precognition allowing the user to counter and stop an enemy without any effort or wasted movement. A simple glance will detect an opponent's or obstacle's nature, strengths, weaknesses, etc… The only weakness is that it can not see through any physical obstacles that block its sight, henceforth if an enemy hides behind something then it would not provide predictions it would normally give.
