Chapter 19: Chapter 18 : Trouble at the coffee shop (2)
"What do you want, sir?"
Furuichi stood in front of Himekawa and Kanzaki who sat at their table and looked at the menu casually.
Kanzaki looked up from the menu and looked at Furuichi with a lazy look.
"Do you sell milk cartons?"
"No sir, unfortunately we don't sell such exquisite dishes."
*Puff* *Puff* *Haha*
At the kaguya table, Shirogane, Fujiwara and Ishigami held their laughter forcefully with their hands blocking their mouths when they heard Furuichi's words.
Some of the more rude customers laughed even out loud which annoyed Kanzaki.
"Shut up!" Kanzaki kicked his foot against the table, breaking it in half and scaring all the customers who laughed.
"President, I dream where this guy just broke a table in half with his foot." Said Ishigami shaking.
"No, you're not dreaming..." Says the president stammering.
"Is he a Terminator?" Says Fujiwara with bright eyes.
The café owner, hearing the ruckus, came out of the back room and ran at full speed towards Furuichi, seeing his expensive table being destroyed he cried out in grief.
"What's going on here? Who broke my table! I'll call the..."
But before he finished his words, Himekawa threw a large wad of ¥10,000 bills in his face.
The owner's face changed in the next second and became incredibly serious while staring at Himekawa.
"This delinquent is crazy, his friend destroyed a table and instead of apologizing, he hits the cafe owner's face with tickets, the owner is now angry, he'll surely call the police, they're just stupid delinquents." Thought the Kaguya and the other customers looking at the owner's serious face, but the next words the owner uttered strangled them.
"Great lord break my whole store and even my customers' bones, I won't complain at all. May you in your great generosity reward this slave with another wad of cash." Said the owner kneeling before Himekawa.
Himekawa looked scornfully at the owner and threw another wad of bills, which the owner picked up with almost divine speed before replacing Kanzaki and Himekawa's table.
The customers "....."
Furuichi, also astonished, couldn't say anything for a short moment, and then an alert sounded in his mind with the unpleasant voice of the system.
[Host, we got a problem! We got a problem!]
"What problem?"
[Look to your right!]
Furuichi saw the young pink-haired boy completely motionless with two almost completely finished coffee jellies in front of him.
[Look his head!]
Furuichi then noticed that one of the young man's antennas had disappeared.
"One of those antennas is missing."
[Exactly, his name is Saiki, just so you know, this kid is a monster on the level of demigods! The antennas on his head limit his powers, when your brain-dead friend broke the table a piece of wood hit one of the antennas and smashed it.]
[He just looks motionless when you look at him like that, but in reality he's just not moving, because if he moves even one finger all the people in the room will become ketchup!]
Furuichi suddenly had the urge to flee as far away as possible from that cursed problem place called cafe!
"Wretched waiter come and take my order!" Kanzaki shouts to Furuichi with a provocative look.
"You... honorable customer." Furuichi who wanted to insult and beat Kanzaki to death suddenly felt his boss's murderous gaze, for the sake of his dinner he quickly changed his words, then he pointed to the street and shouting.
"Oh my God, it's the new star Sakura Takawa!"
"Where?"
All the customers turned their eyes to the street in front of them which they could see through the cafe window.
Then, with one step, he appeared in front of Saiki and put his hand on his shoulder.
"Now you owe me a favor, Alien."
Saiki, slightly surprised, made no movement as Furuichi executed a seal with his right hand.
"Flying Thunder God!"
Saiki disappeared in a silvery flash, but nobody noticed him except a young girl with long pink hair.
99% of his chakra disappeared, Furuichi almost fell to the ground from fatigue, but he continued his service throughout the day under the provocations of Himekawa and Kanzaki.
The customers left the café one by one, Himekawa and Kanzaki tired of bothering Furuichi also left, the group of four after finally managing to place an order left the café but Furuichi noticed that the pink-haired girl's look on him was quite strange as if she wanted to dissect him.
"You did good work, kid. Here's your day's pay." Says the stingy landlord handing him an envelope with difficulty and pain as if he's handing over his entire fortune.
Furuichi pulled the envelope from the owner's hands and put it in his pocket before leaving the cafe after it closed and as he left the cafe, he swore on everything dear to him, that he would never set foot in it again.
