[Authors note, please read](In the future of this book, there will be a lot of people of most religions being either berated, massacred and other horrible things, I would like to say now that this does not reflect my personal beliefs, but I think it goes along with the MC's sociopathic tendencies and his cynicism.. also tell me what you guys think so far, places that are inconsistent or other things.
The acquisition of the Iranian soldiers gear was swift and over in a few minutes, their bodys were herded together and burned. Not wasting time we went on with Phase 2 of our plan. In my first life, the Iranian army would burst into Azerbaijan and since the soviets had pulled their troops out, the militias of Azerbaijan ran away and the country was occupied easily and re-integrated. When we invade and scatter their army and occupy the base and soon to be capital in Maragheh, we will have to quickly annihilate the militias before they can reach the soviet border, with the help of our new amount of troopers. The attack on the Baijan area was unnotable, with the aid of myself, not a single militiaman was able to escape. However, I had to do most of the work, while their bodys were in perfect condition, the men were untrained and could not properly use their equipment and their tactics were negligible.
After about 6 days of work we finally finished occupying the base which I christened, Fort Klain. It was 50 or so square miles, with a small airfield, and barracks and logistics areas.
After deliberation with our high command, Me, Weaver, Rex and Appot. We decided to start forcefully conscripting some of the nearby villages men that were 17-25 years old. We realised we couldn't count on my powers for our supplies. While a perfectly reliable source, I can't constantly be creating things for the army, we have to either produce our supplies, which we can't, or trade for them.
7 weeks after our base was named we decided to formally announce the formation of our nation. We chose the name "Et mors Imperii" or 'The Death Empire'. The way we did this is we first sent a captain of our army to the Soviet border and called a meeting with the commander of the region, Salahuddin Kazimov. After waiting 2 days the General arrived, in a full armored escort to the gates of our base, needless to say the generals eyes were filled with disdain at our pitiful base. After Weaver and Rex greeted the General they lead him to my 'keep' which was a castle style 4 story mansion near the airfield. Complete with energy created grass and artificial lakes and created hedgerows that I had a architect construct after we hunted one down and forced some men from the villages to construct it with materials I created with my powers. As a future Emperor of the middle east, I couldn't let myself greet the general in a dried mud house. I had to make an impression.
The entire mansion was what appeared to be white sanded granite but was in fact white painted Silicone Carbide, a material that forms the basis of armor used in main battle tanks, it can even withstand artillery fire. At every door you could see two 6 foot tall men in a dark black full suit of plate armor, with a halberd in one hand and a rifle on a sling around on chest, tasked to protect me and my mansion at all costs. After Rex, Weaver and the General walked through the mansion, eventually making it to the room I was in, they were greeted by a 20 foot tall room and a extremely rich display. The furniture was made out of the finest carved kingwood with inlaid diamonds and gold,. The walls were carved granite with inlaid kingwood with carvings inlaid with gold and diamonds. and there was a large fireplace in the middle wall of the room. hanging from the ceiling was a giant chandelier with candle shaped lights the, chandelier was similar in shape to the one in The Dolmabahce Palace in Istanbul, except this one was fully made of diamonds with gold trimming. The light reflected off the entire room, causing it to glow a faint glow. As long as I could picture it in my mind and did it in the right order, I could basically create anything with my powers, so it wasn't that difficult to make the inside of this mansion look amazing.
After General Kazimov was done gawking at the room, he was brought in front of the chair in which I was lounging, he took a seat in a chair in front of me as I was flanked by Rex and Weaver. After a short greeting I began to speak on the topic at hand. "General Kazimov, there are a few reasons as to which I asked you here today." I spoke in perfect russian after scouring his brain secretly, surprising him "The first is that we, as of two days ago have established a military government, headed by myself over the previous area that was Azerbaijan. We want you to report to your superiors such that we can be granted a hearing at the league of nations to officially have our nation recognized, here is a letter that I only want Stalin, or whoever is in charge of diplomacy in your country to open. Second, I want to secure a trade deal with your country, we can trade almost any natural resource in exchange for military supplies, training, and food. Third, I wish to enter into a protectorate under the soviet union as the United States will definitely assist the Iranians in taking back over this area after we annihilated its entire army. "So it was you that wiped out that army.." he mumbled.
The General nodded, he said slowly "I will send these letters and pass on your words, but I can not guarantee anything as you have already angered my superiors with the occupation of this area. You can expect a response within the week. It was a pleasure speaking with you Mr...." he responded professionally "Your Highness" I said simply.
"Y-Your Highness" he said with slight apprehension as if saying it was an affront to Stalin. Ah he stood up and reached his hand out to shake mine, I secretly stabbed him with my sword and altered his memories making it seem as if he had been my best friend for his whole life, and that he should do whatever to help me.
As Rex escorted the General back to his convoy, I was laying on my sofa, rolling a diamond ball around in my hand thinking of what to do if they refuse our requests.
