Ruan Jing Tian's eyes were bleak, but he tried to conceal his emotion. Clearing his throat, he whispers to his phone. 

"Did you hear that? They had acknowledged you as a daughter-in-law. You could marry into Guan Xian's family tomorrow. Congratulations."

Ruan Jing Tian added a light chuckle in the end. His tongue felt bitter as he said those insincere sentences for Xia Sha on the other end. 

It took a while for Xia Sha to speak. She probably felt overwhelmed by Mother Guan's protective words, or she might be confused. But Ruan Jing Tian could tell that she was smiling when she replied. 

"Shut up. Just tell me how Pang Ze Tian reacted to this?" Xia Sha's voices come out strained as she tried to control her flushing cheek.
