Chapter 3: Shop

' Cultivation points??',he said. He was confused. He thought he would get some high grade weapon or pills or armor.
[Host, Cultivation points can be used in shop to obtain rare resources and treasures.],said system nonchalantly.
Hearing this, Ajay froze. He couldn't think for a couple of minutes. The only thought that came to his mind was,'OP! System is truly OP. '
"How do I access the shop?",he asked ecstatically.
[Just say ' Shop ' in your mind. ],system replied in the same dull mechanical voice. Well, there really was no need for system to be happy whereas ' some fool ' was grinning like an idiot and releasing an evil laugh every few seconds.
After a few minutes, the laughter and the grinning stopped , he took control of his emotions and with a expressionless face he said,"Shop".
A bluish screen, same as the information window, showed up. There were various items for sale. Each item were listed with their name, a sample picture and price. He just couldn't control himself and started grinning again.(this idiot😂😂)
He started to look at the various items listed there. The items were not sorted out and were random but he saw that there were various pills, martial skills, weapons, armors, storage equipments, Auxiliary techniques, ores of various metals and much more.
Since he used to read novels on a daily basis on Qidian, he knew that a storage equipment was a must have item for cultivators. It can be used in various ways and is very important.
He then looked for storage equipments except storage rings because it would attract attention. He came across a silver coloured heart shaped necklace. He liked it and bought it.
He had forgotten to check the price and had just bought it. When he checked the price he was a bit heartbroken. That silver storage necklace cost him 100,000 cultivation points and he was left with 900,000 points.
After he bought the necklace, it appeared in his hands. He wore it. A mechanical voice sounded, [From now on, any item purchased from the system shop will be put inside the storage equipment.]
'I will be broke if this goes on. System, how do I earn Cultivation points? ',he asked.
[You can earn Exp. and Cultivation points by killing other living beings and completing missions.],system replied.
He then pondered a bit and decided to buy a weapon and some martial skills. He browsed around the shop and found few martial skills he needed. He already had a skill for punching and he was looking for skill to kick and dodge the opponents. He knew he couldn't always use his fists and feet for fighting so he bought martial technique for a weapon too. He bought a advanced spear technique manual which would help him use spear proficiently.
He bought kicking and dodging skills for 50,000 points each and bought advanced spear technique for 75,000 points.
He focused on his storage ring and brought out the kick skill. It's name was Blazing kicks.
When he opened the manual, a notification was made.
[Ding. Would host like to learn martial skill - Blazing kicks? ]
"Yes!", replied Ajay ecstatically.
[Martial skill - Blazing kicks has been learned.]
He brought out the other books too and learned those skills too.
The spear technique was Advance spear technique whereas the dodging skill was named Shattering the void.
He then looked at his information window.

He noticed the unique skills option added and asked the system," What is this? "
[Since spear technique is neither a martial skill nor a auxiliary technique, it is place in unique skills and techniques option.],system replied.
He then read the descriptions of Blazing kicks and Shattering the void.
[ Blazing kicks :- Are you just going to use your fists to fight? Also use your kicks to injure your opponents. Proficiency (0/100) ]
[ Shattering the void :- A good warrior not only deals fatal blows but also dodges opponent's attacks. Move at speed that can shatter the void and dodge enemy attacks. Proficiency (0/100) ]
Ajay then realized he hasn't bought a spear so he browsed the shop and bought Earth step low grade spear for another 75,000 points.
He brought the spear out and it fell down. A 15 year old boy with a skinny build. How could he lift a spear of 32 kg, let alone using it.
' How am I supposed to use this when I can't even lift it up. ' he thought.
[ Host is suggested to level up and reach at least 7th stage of body strengthening stage in order to be able to use the spear.]
He then place the spear in his storage necklace and decided to use the last ticket he had. He was wishing for it to be pill refining technique because it would help him earn money status and he would also be able to level up using pills he refines.
He said,"Use the last ticket."
