Chapter 2: Time Skip
Year 5150,
I was asleep for two hours.
My instinct tells me, that I need to wake up.
I immediately open my eyes, then look above and saw a raindrop falling towards me.
If we think in a normal way. If raindrops started to fall down, it is going to rain.Then we should cover our head using our hands or if you have an umbrella, used it to avoid getting wet.
But the logic in this planet didn't apply here. The raindrop that falling towards me, its size is about as large as a mansion.
When the raindrop almost arrived on my head.
Slash!!
I swiftly draw my sword from my scabbard and cut the raindrop in two. But the important note here is that, I can easily evade it if I want to, since my speed is faster than the speed of sound, but I choose not to, since those raindrops keeps bothering me, while I'm sleeping a while ago therefore I'm really pissed.
Yawn!
Me: ahhhh! I love to sleep more.
Then I put back my sword to my scabbard.
Then I contemplate and realize, even my survival instict is different from before. Then my mood suddenly lifted up that I can't contained myself from smiling and I still can't believe that my body keep on evading the raindrops while sleeping then instinctively accept ir.
Then look at my surroundings.
Sigh!
The surroundings are horrible that I can't see any living creatures even the plants are all dead.
Even the environment isn't good for humans to lived. The surrounding has fog and smoke or smug and it's very very cold but we can still see our surroudings, since the two moons on the sky render this planet to give some light.
When I'm still in the planet earth the personnel gave some description about this planet, If I remember.
This planet called Joseph101. The distance away from earth is approximately 250 million kilometers and I arrived here 2 hours ago by using my body to fly for 52 minutes.
I'm really fast, same as a 1/4 of the speed light, because of the urgency to arrive here my body and mind are exhausted, that's the reason I immediately went to sleep to rest and recover my depleted mana and energy.
If I want to travel here without wasting some energy and mana. There are many methods, but It will take many days to reach here. This methods are using capsule or spaceships.
If I use those method, it will be too late to regret. If arrived a little bit too late all the humans living in this planet will die and this place will become ruins since the dragons will arrive here after 5 hours or more.
Even though this place is horrible, there are still many people who lived here.
The population here is approximately 100 thousand of humans, it's only few unlike the earth right now, which is about 5 billions of people.
Our original population also decreases 1/3 of its original number because of the invasion of monster, dragons and any other life forms.
I raise my right arm and look at my watch, there are 2 buttons besides, the left and right side.
Then I click the right button, a second has elapsed. A projectile of an outline of the city showing a top of my watch and it says 1500k ahead.
Hence I just walk straight from here.
I continued walking while dodging those raindrops. Even though I'm still walking, I'm still faster than the speed of sound.
After 15 minutes has elapsed.
From where I'm standing. I saw a tremendous mana barrier surrounding the city and its 5km away.
Then I cast a small mana on my feet and my mouth, then murmured "accelerate" .
I instantly arrive outside the city it feels like I blink because it's so fast.
