Chapter 3: Tutorial

Welcome traveller in your new life. Here you can live countless adventure, discovery's ,dangers or simply live from crafting.
It's all up to you. This book will explain you about this world, it's mechanics and its rules.
Chapter 1: GAIA
The game world where you are is "Gaia", the surface of this world is vast. If you travel by feet forward you will need
Forty-five thousand years before coming to its centre.
This world is filled with spiritual energy, commonly called mana all inhabitant can use it, everything that was born has at least one attribute and can use this element.
The more common attributes: earth, fire, wind, water, light, darkness
Other do exist but are rarely found.
Time here is on "fast forward" for every ten years here only one day passes in your previous world.
Chapter 2: The inhabitants
This world has countless species who can be divided by their lifestyle:
-The NPC they give quests and tasks to the inhabitants, they are godlike existence but never intervene in the worldly problems.
There are all type of species.
-The Prime who consider themselves superior to others: mostly humans, elves, dwarfs and some other races who can speak the same language.
-The monsters: goblins, orcs, demons, golems are an example of this type. They are very savage be careful with them.
-The magical beast are monster who have evolved with the help of a treasure (medicinal herbs for example) or high mana concentration. Hunted for their corpse who hold rare materials for magic products. They now live in small communities or in secret places. Most of this ancient beast have a high intelligence and can speak. They are extremely powerful.
-The Wild's: chicken, sheep, wolf, spirit, treant, deer are examples the Wild is the nature treat it with respect.
Trust me you don't want to be chased by an enraged chicken horde.
Monsters and magical beast have a strong hate for the Prime who constantly expand their territories and hunt them.
The power of an inhabitant can be seen by the star rank near his name :
1 star common, 2 uncommon, 3 rare, 4 elite, 5 boss, 6 thunder-boss, 7 horde master, 8 deadly ,9 heaven , 10 godlike.
The system compares your current level/power with the other inhabitants and compare their star with yours so pay attention to the star it classifies the difference between you.
Chapter 3: The classes, skills and spells
GAIA being a game all inhabitants can learn a class and skills, you will begin at the apprentice class, and class can evolve under certain conditions you have to find it by yourself.
The skills/spells can be learned through different methods:
-By reading books or learning from a teacher.
-Inheritance: a child can receive the skill of his parents, a lot of this skill can't be thought to another.
-Reincarnation: All travellers are considered reincarnates. Their previous life will be reviewed and they will receive equivalent skills.
Skills can be levelled by training them. They are classified in: apprentice, beginner, medium, high, master, med master, high master, divine, med divine, high divine, celestial.
Chapter 4: Some advice
-This world has countless dangers, before making a decision think twice before you take action.
-Most of this worlds mysteries are undiscovered, by discovering them you will gain much.
-Train hard before adventuring in the wilderness, study in a library how this world runs.
-Your supplies are low, find the next village to start your adventure.
-Be careful with the chaotic inhabitants.
Chapter 5: You
It's time to explain how to play. On the top left corner you can see your health, mana and stamina. If your health hit zero you will die!! And respawn at the nearest altar.
The death penalty can make you lose levels, skill levels, items or gold.
Mana can be used for spellcasting and magical crafting.
Stamina is like mana but for physical actions, like sword fighting, running or woodcutting.
All of them can be regenerated by resting, eating, some potions or magical items with a regeneration effect.
At the end of the tutorial the status option will be unlocked, in this status window you can see and manage your character. See your equipment, level, skill level, money...
