Chapter 5: Royal Envoy Recruitment (1)
Ancient Saint Kingdom Mission Room
The room consist of curtains red as blood on each windows with a bunch of maps hanging on the walls of the different locations around the territory of the Ancient Saint Kingdom. There's a round table consisting of twelve chairs around. This Twelve chairs represent the commanders of the Royal Envoys of the kingdom. From the First to the Twelfth command. Situated at the front Lufia is currently sitting there with a bunch of other individuals. Azure is one of the individuals and is beside Lufia, because he's from the second command of the Royal Envoys.
"We are commencing the Royal Envoy recruitment, Choose the villages that piques your interest and we would take a vote. Who ever gets to pick one and wins the votes can choose the most dazzling youth in that village" Lufia announced.
"Himel Village. Low-tier village having dozens of youth with potential". said the Seventh Royal Envoy
commander said with looks of excitement can be seen from his countenance.
"I heard there's an outstanding youth with a 5 dotted palm originating from that village" said the Fourth Royal Envoy commander.
"All in favor to conduct a recruitment on that village?" Lufia said

Several Royal Envoy commanders stated the villages that they would nominate whilst looking at Lufia. Several villages have been nominated and some were rejected by the majority of the Royal Envoy commanders.
"I nominate the Village of Direna, Low tier village." Lufia said in an imposing tone "Does anyone want to reject?". The First Royal Envoy Commander holds a significant power over the company. She can command lower tier commanders with ease.
"Oh? Isn't that where Diaculis was born?". Azure said looking at Lufia with enjoyment.
"Yes, This village is where Diaculis was born. However i heard rumors that there's an outstanding youth in that area. He only have a one dotted palm but that's not the case. His Physique is incredible. Countless scholars have been to his home but to no avail they can't even identify the physique in the slightest" Lufia said with a proud tone.
"One dotted? Isn't that trash? Even villagers would have 2 dotted palms and they would even work hard for years to raise their cultivation, now your saying a one dotted youth can even have a future in our Royal Envoys. I doubt this". The Third Royal commander said with disdain as looks of contempt can be seen from his countenance. This Third Royal commander is name Jiralk. He once was a candidate for the First Royal Commander seat but was ousted by Lufia.
"I agree, what the Third Commander suggested"
"I agree as well"
"Shall we have a bet then? If this youth can defeat your most outstading recruit. I would personnaly step down from the First Commander seat and hand it to you with no retaliation."However, If I win you would step down as the Third Royal Envoy commander." Lufia said with a wide smile on her face.
"Deal!, After the Royal Envoy recruitment we shall make the youths do the fighting" Jiralk said while laughing contentedly.
"The Royal envoy recruitment would commence Five days from now prepare all the recommended supplies and artifacts needed. Also Prepare the Nine Cylindrical Mirror so that we can accurately measure all the youths Physique, Mad'ouk detection and Innate techniques.
The Nine Cylindrical mirrior is a stainless mirror made of high grade Mad'ouk stones that are especially fitted for measuring one's aptitude. It's a Mad'ouk device that has over a tens of millions of information about Innate techniques, Physique, and Mad'ouk detection.
Four Days Later.
West Direna Village
A youth was running towards a small hut this youth was wearing stylish clothes and has blonde hair. This youth is Furias the son of the Baron Bireg. The Baron that lords over Direna. He's best friends with Verban ever since they were young.
"Verban! VERBAN!"
"Oh hey! Furias, What are you doing here?"
"The Capital has sent an important notice"
"What important message?"
"They are conducting the Royal Envoy Recruitment! and Direna is one of the Twelve villages that have been chosen from over a hundreds outside the capital!
"WHAT?! YES!" Verban exclaimed in shock. This was a chance of a lifetime for Verban. He would have a chance at being a Royal Envoy one of the most outstading occupations in the whole Ancient Saint Kingdom where elites are gathered and are directly beneath the king. He would have a chance of proving himself to all the people who belittled him.
"When is it gonna start?" Verban asked.
"It's gonna start tommorow at noontime at the amphitheater. I heard that Miss Lufia The commander of the First Royal Company is gonna host it and personally chose Direna as a recruitment ground for the event."
"Furias, Thank you for this information. I would start my training now. I'll be coming in the amphitheater and participate as well. Are you gonna participate?"
"Yeah. but being recruited by the First company would be hard Miss Lufia has high standards. I heard a rumor saying she chose this village because of a youth that was so strong. I'm guessing it's you that gave her the reason to chose this village".
"Is that right? Anyways. I'll be coming around by late noontime to participate in the recruitment event. I'll make sure I can get in with the First Royal Envoy Company"
"Okay. I'll see you around and wish you luck for tomorrow's event." Furias said. He turned and walked away leisurely with a smile on his countenance. This is the biggest opportunity for him and Verban. This would drastically increase their village's status as well as the qualifications of being a mid-tier or even a high-tier village.
The Day of the Royal Envoy Recruitment
The Royal Envoy recruitment has a single rule. Two youths would fight and who ever wins will get to stay on the arena and is eligible to take on challengers from the youths that are spectating. If the youth is outstanding enough and could defeat five people in a row. He/she would be eligible to join the Royal Envoys as recruits and they can choose their company after their initial training in the capital. Sometimes that's not the case. The Commanders of each respective companies are also allowed to personally choose one of the youths to be under them as personal recruits of that command.
