Mia nodded as she points onto a sofa, he looks toward the sofa and saw a sleeping 8-year-old girl with light gray hair. Ye Han saw her clothes were very dirty and a bit tore, he went closely to the sleeping child as he asks Mia
"So what's your plan with this kid?"
"Hmmn, Well if she has a family then I return her. But if not then I take care of her."
"I see, looks like you really want a family of your own."
"Hahaha...Yes....."
Ye Han pokes her cheek as the young Syr slowly woke up, she was startled to see a young man poking her cheek. she retreated to the end of the sofa as she stuttering said
"Who are you?"
"I am the Boogeyman! Wooooo~"
Ye Han tried to scare the kid as the young Syr was frightened when he started looking scary, Mia sighed as she walks toward them while holding a bowl of medicinal soup. She said while putting the medicinal soup onto the table.
"Kid you fainted on the road."
Syr looks at the female voice behind Ye Han and remembers how she fainted in the streets, while she was having a thought. Her stomach growled as she turns red from shyness, Ye Han chuckles and said
"You should drink this"
Syr looks at the soup that Mia put in the table, she was hesitant as she learned the hard way of living in the streets. Mia noticed her thought and said
"Kid, you think we would poison you? Hahaha childish thoughts, Eat it!"
Mia didn't wait for Syr to move as she took a spoon of soup and shoved it in Syr's mouth, she muffled as she tasted the soup
"HMmmnp.....Mnp?"
Syr was stunned as she tasted something delicious for once in her life, she had tears forming in her eyes as she aggressively took the whole bowl of soup and drank it. Ye Han and Mia chuckles as she went to the kitchen to get another bowl with some meat dish, while Ye Han said
"Are you calm now?"
"Mmmm....Yes..."
Syr shyly put the empty bowl down as she lowers her head, at first she was worried of something that might happen to her. But seeing they weren't doing anything, she lowers her guard slowly as Mia put another bowl of soup with a plate of stir fry beef broccoli. She said
"Eat it, you look famished."
Syr hesitantly grabs the spoon and fork in the table, but in a few seconds, she starts to eat like a hungry chipmunk. Ye Han and Mia waited for her to finish the meal before asking some questions, in a few minutes she finished eating. Mia asks gently like a machine gun.
"So kid, what's your story? What's your name? where you came from?"
Syr slowly thought of what she should say, but in the end, she still told them the truth as she could feel the gentle and kind aura from Ye Han and Mia. Syr was an orphan left in an orphanage, one day a group of thugs went and destroyed the place which left Syr and the other children no choice but to beg on the streets or find odd jobs. Syr ended up doing odd jobs for some petty salary, at first, she was earning some valis But then the store shut down because the owner of the store had a debt with the gang so they destroyed the store.
The owner left in a hurry with his family as thugs chased them, Syr run away from the store as some of the thugs looks at her with a malicious and lustful expression. She escapes them as she went towards a crowded location, she has been hiding for weeks only for her to use all her remaining valis away. In the end, she was starving and thirsty that she fainted in the market street. Syr was crying as she told her story, Ye Han just pats her head gently as Mia was pondering. A few minutes later, Mia suddenly said
"Since you have no money nor house to use, why don't I just adopt you?"
"Eh?"
Syr stops crying as she heard Mia's statement, Mia smiled as she thought this little girl was very calculative and thoughtful. Ye Han looks at them and thought they were a bit similar, he decided to silently leave as he still has something important to do. Mia noticed his action and motion him to leave them. Ye Han easily sneaks away as Syr ponders her choices, he went back to his mansion as it was already night time so Lili was asleep while Ada was either practicing or sleeping. He used his spirit sense to scan the whole mansion, he senses a secret mechanism by the bookshelves by the living room. He took out a specific book from the shelves and suddenly the bookshelves opened and a hidden passageway appeared.
Ye Han slowly walks down as he created a couple of light ball on top of him, the light ball started to move in a straight way which made him saw a giant wide room. Ye Han walks inside the underground room and saw that there was a little girl in the crystal coffin which is in the center of the underground room, he could see the resemblance of the women from the 60th floor and the little girl in the coffin. He scanned the crystal coffin

She was still sleeping as Ye Han carefully ascends back to his living room and took a mattress from his inventory and put it down to the ground, he carefully put Ais into the mattress. He sighed and stayed on the couch beside the mattress and watch her sleep. Ye Han didn't sleep tonight as he was worried she would wake up scared from the new era.
