Chapter 6: An Interesting Rock.

[Random event - Resonance between twins is at 100%]

[Twin Cultivation Art is recommended in order to receive a gift from system]

The twins were already in their room, so they sat down and began circulating their energy. Their hope was the system wasn't playing a joke on them because this had never happened before.

After about three hours of cultivating, they felt themselves complete the hundredth circulatory revolution. Now they were nearing the sixth Qi Establishment stage in both external and internal Qi. After the energy finished circulating, Auryn went to the bathroom to get ready for bed.

He stayed up and went over towards his desk to look at what the King had left them. Once the bag was fully opened, a few mid-grade spirit stones fell on the desk along with a note left for the two twins.

"Appraise!"

[Ding! Mid Grade Spirit Stone - used for cultivation and magical equipment. Second, Two Dans of Mid Grade Spirit Beast - swallow to increase cultivation. Third, [hawk sight of alderon] enhancement art for eyes, third grade....]

Auryn smiled as she just got finished changing out of the bathroom.

She ran out with her towel barely staying on her body. As she screamed with joy.

"Yes... we can finally stop relying on the system for an evasion ar-"

[Ding! The system has gifted Twins with Inherited Arts. Please don't use that trash]

Avery laughed and read through it as his eidetic memory activated. A book appeared on the bed in front of Auryn and they both learned the two new cultivation arts.

After roughly a few hours studying, the sun already rose and a knock came at the door. As usual, it was their mom telling them breakfast was ready.

They ate their food and were escorted to school by the two guards. The Sacred Wood School was roughly a mile away, and the hills were all around it with a volcano booming in the background. It was turned into a weapon by their ancestors and would shoot at incoming poultry. Occasionally, this would cause it to rain a breakfast for the destitute.

They, however, were just trying to ignore the carriage passing by them.

Calvin and Cambell, two princes heading towards the same school, flew in a specially made air cabin as five royal guards escorted them.

Calvin laughed before he threw away his breakfast wrapper, and aimed for Avery. All Avery had to do was hold up his hand and push it away.

"Brother... he's nothing but a wimp... He's just mad you beat him."

Avery nodded and looked at the cabin flying by. He finally was irritated enough that he turned to the guard and poked him.

'Appraise,' he thought as they approached the building.

[Gaurd: Qi Enhancement level 7 l Weapon Summons: Unknown]

"You're ruining my morning kid. What is it geniuses?"

Avery pointed towards the sword on the man's hilt as a few birds passed by in the sky. They were singing songs and rooting for a peaceful day with nonchalant chirps. The guard laughed and then bent down and patted his head.

"Ah... you want to duel me? We only have twenty minutes to get you to the building."

Auryn sighed and walked away towards the school. In her head, she wished him luck as she skipped over towards a curious looking rock. She had a weird feeling about this rock and had noticed a shimmer here on her way to school because of [hawk site of alderon]. It let her notice a small little device that shouldn't be here. She picked it up as her brother stood toe to toe with the guard.

"Ha, you move pretty well rabbit!" The guard said defending himself with a stick.

Avery hacked and slashed with a vehement desire for victory. He used to be able to take all his aggression out in games in his other life, and he would always be the swordsman in games. However, now he really had a sword and an unsuspecting man was treating him like he was a baby.

Finally, he channeled some energy into his sword, and Auryn distracted him by screaming in his head.

"You're mine kid!" The guard laughed as he grabbed Avery by the toe. He plucked the sword from his hand and quickly sheathed it.

Avery laughed and then flipped out of the man's grasp before he landed by his sister's side.

"Wh-What is it Auryn?" Avery asked not even understanding the thoughts in her head.

He leaned in and looked at the rock in his hand.

A small lens seemed to be focused on the two of them, and they both couldn't believe their eyes.
