Chapter 3: The Butcher that got Butchered [C3]
Morning, at a farm in an unknown location. 6:45 am.
Jonny was a problematic character since he was a child, as he was, in fact, a crazy sadist. Having always loved seeing other suffer, he was isolated from everyone else, bringing him into depression. As a solution, he made a farm, where he could breed animals by himself, and then slowly torture them once he felt like butcher them.
While normally, a butcher should first kill the animal painlessly and only afterward separate all their parts, Jonny did the reverse action, wanting to make the anime suffer the further possible.
Today was Jonny's favorite day, as he chose it as the day he would butcher some cows… especially one fat cow which appeared exquisite to eat. After walking up, he washed his face and dressed in his usual butcher clothes, and lastly walked toward the stable for the cows.
He always loved how those cows appeared too dumb to realize they were going to die.
"Haha, who will I choose today? I can't wait!" Laughing while walking, he reached the iron door of the entrance to the stable where he kept all the cows.
"What's this... isn't all a bit too quiet?" In front of the perfect silence there was before entering, Jonny felt somewhat uneasy, but he then comforted himself recalling all those dumb cows.
He then opened the lock by using the keys, and upon hearing the usual *click* he happily opened the door to enter.
But, his happiness didn't last too much.
Before he could realize anything, he felt something gradually clenching around his leg, and a moment later, that feeling quickly changed into pain, until it finally developed into excruciating pain!
"AAAHHHH!!" Letting out a pitiful scream, Jonny attempted to see what was causing him such a pain, but he didn't make it in time before he felt something else clenching around his arm, which transformed again in extreme pain.
"UURGGG!" Exasperated, he kept screaming, "What the hell is this??"
All he could see was black, with some white parts, and small horns everywhere.
The pain quickly transformed into nothingness, until Jonny could not feel anymore his leg.
"What is this? I got it! I will stop torture others! I will never enjoy again someone suffering, so please stop!"
Continuously screaming, Jonny crazily sought to free himself, but as he started to feel further painful signals from other parts of the body, he gradually gave up in despair, and only when he was about to die, he eventually understood the reason for all this pain: the cows.
The cows he deemed as stupid, finally rebelled against him.
Now that he was dead, he would never know that he died because of a random quest from The Bullsh*t System and a person that wanted to reincarnate in a cultivation world.

From Shu Himo's view.
'Holy sh*t, they are eating him alive! I never expected that they would be so savage! Better never reveal to them that I'm a human!'
As the butcher got butchered, all the cows were free to leave, and Shu Himo, together with them went out of the stable.
Once he was out, he witnessed a scene of various colors, the green from the garden, the white colors of the house of the butcher, the blue color of the sky, the red color of where the butcher died...
'Finally daylight! I'm finally free after this night!' Recalling how hard it was to teach how to behave to the cows, he swore himself to never pass another night together with cows.
Looking around, he suddenly noticed that all the cows were surrounding him, looking at him with eyes filled in reverence.
Scared for a moment, he realized that he still had the appearance of a cow and sighed in relief.
"Moo! (We are all finally free! Let's go to the wilderness and see the outside world!)" Excitedly, every cow and Shu Himo went toward the wilderness flavoring the feeling of freedom.
The moment he walked outside the area of the farm, Shu Himo heard a sound.
*Ding*
[Quest Success: Escape the farm as a cow!]

[Quest Reward: You can choose which world you will be reborn in.]
'Finally...'
[Possible world choices:]
[Basic Human World (The one where the user was alive before. Only race: Human).]
[The Magic World (Fantasy world based on magic. Only race: Human.)]
[The Warrior World (Fantasy world based on martial abilities. Races: Human, Dwarf, Elf.)]
[The Apocalyptic World (Fantasy world, destroyed by a high-level magic attack from an alien. Races: Human, Elf, Dwarf, Bot-x.)]
[The Cultivation World (Fantasy world, based on both magic and martial abilities. Races: Human, Elf, Dwarf, Devil race, Beast race, Angel race, Unknown.)]
'System, what you mean by Unknown?'
[The User does not have the permission to see the name of those races, and the user can't use them anyway.]
'Does this mean I can choose the Angel and the Devil race?'
[Negative, the User owns the authorization to:
View the name of the races: Human, Elf, Dwarf, Devil, Angel, Bot-x, Beast;
The authorization to use: Human;
To use any of the following races the user needs to complete another Quest: Elf, Dwarf, Beast Race from The cultivating world.
In the other worlds the User can use any race.]
'What? Another quest to choose the race?...' Shu Himo widened his cow eyes in disbelief. He had just completed one quest and the system was already asking to complete another?
[From the previous quest the User obtained the reward to choose the world, not which race of it.]
Sighing with a look of helplessness, he gave up on reasoning with the system, 'What is the Bot-x Race?'
[After the destruction of the world, numerous races had no way to defend themselves from monsters and aliens attacks due to the radioactive reaction in the surface of the world, so they created the Bot-x Race, made especially to fight those external threats.]
'System, are there some advantages in choosing a different race apart from the appearance?'
[Obviously.]
'Then why you didn't tell me?! Whatever… can you tell me the difference between humans, elves, dwarfs, and beast race?'
[The User did not ask… anyway, summarized, these are the particularity of each race:
Humans: does not have any precise particularity;
Elves: bow mastery increased, lifespan increased to 500 years;
Dwarfs: blacksmithing mastery increased;
Beast Race: higher basic physical strength.]
'System... in what way not having a precise particularity is a particularity?''
[Not having a particularity can also be a particularity.]
Speechless, Shu Himo did not want to argue anymore about it and fell in thought.
He was not against being a human once again, but he first wanted to consider the other options.
About either being an elf or a dwarf he shook his head, he did not want either long, pointed ears or being short.
While elves usually have longer lives, cultivating allowed to increase one's own lifespan, so there was no need to chose them for that reason. At the same time, while the dwarfs were known to be great blacksmiths, he did not think it would be worth it as their body did not appear great for close-combat fighting.
He then considered the last option, being a beast-man, when a realization came to him making his eyes lit up, 'System, is the Beast Race perhaps the one were everyone has animal ears and a tail?'
[Yes. Once chosen the beast race is possible to choose between 4 variations: cat-human, dog-human, wolf-human, tiger-human. But, between the four there is no difference apart from the appearance.]
Having the possibility to become a beast-man, his eyes because slightly wet, thinking of what happened during his life on Earth. However, before he could get more lost in thought, he quickly shook his head.
Made his decision, he said on the spur of the moment, 'System! I don't care about the difficulty of the quest! Give it to me right now, and I will complete it to enter in the Beast Race paradise!' Sadly, only after he blurted out such a phrase did he realized what he had just said. 'Oh, sh*t!'

[You are not a cow anymore. Upon transforming back into a human you kept glowing, attracting the attention of the other cows. Once the cows noticed you were a human, they felt betrayed and decided to painfully kill you. Survive 10 minutes the onslaught from the cows to gain the right to be from the Beast race!]
[Quest Difficulty: C-]
[Quest Reward: The right to be of the Beast Race.]
[Quest Failure Penitence: Excruciating pain from being eaten alive by the cows. You will then only have the choice of reviving as human.]
"This is bullsh*t! Why the one I just saved want to eat me alive?!" Feeling the murderous gazes from the cows, Shu Himo started running desperately.
