Chapter 22: Lady Dragon Small Universe
"Where can we find a psychic doctor or even a psychic with medical knowledge?" asked Mitch.
"I will go. I don't have the medical knowledge but I am psychic after all." Loli volunteered.
The doctor and nurse looked at each other and shook their heads. "You can't. You're part of the reason why her heart demon took over. You and her baby..." the nurse looked at her and continued, "but it is not your fault. The heart demon was waiting for the right timing to take over all along"
Loli cannot help but feel a tinge of sarcasm in those sentences although she knows that the nurse do not mean to make it sound so.
"Even so, I want to help!" Loli shouted, worried that the baby will be left without a mother and also feeling guilt ridden.
"Sis, I will figure something out. Relax." Mitch said.
"But I don't want someone to die or get hurt because of me.. I.." Loli, loss for words, started remembering the time when she lost her mum. Her memories begin to flood her with emotions and her face paled.
"Loli, it's ok. I will handle it." Mitch replied. His hand patting the back of his sister, assuring her everything will be fine.
Mitch than proceed to create a barrier in his room and protection charm on the rest. He then removed his limiter. After all, as a transcender he knows that he can move from universe to universe. And every single person is a universe by themselves.
