Chapter 24: The Night Doctor and Nurse
Shortly after Loli and Mitch returned home, the doctor and nurse took over the night duties. The doctor was rather young, assuming the appearance of a twelve year old. Despite his looks, he is actually the young master of the famous poison hall - "Circle of life" and specialised in art of fighting poison with poison. His age superseded his child like features.
The poison hall, Circle of Life, believes that old age, sickness, and death are all effects of poisons intoxicating the body and can be countered with strong drugs. Recently, the hall had made numerous scientific breakthrough in the arts of poison. Refining medical pills and syrup from poisonous and radioactive substances.
Although young master Yan is 50 years old, he was able to reverse his aging process whenever he wants. He aims to become perfect by rebuilding and fortifying his body numerous times. According to a well known doctrine in the poison hall- virus immunity starts from young. The only downside on reverse aging is the amount of energy it consumes- the body needs to consume calories exponentially to his age when age reversing, and the other downside is his erratic growth spurt which can happen anytime between 9 to 15 body age. Due to rarity of certain ingredients, Dr Yan Guofeng agreed to provide medical services in Saint Sparks Company in exchange for them.
The nurse, on the other hand, is a super spy from Order of the Shadow Web. Its mission is to infiltrate the company and gather as much information as possible to sell to the Fated Order (FO) and United Force of Intergalactic Alliance (UFIA). It currently assume a female form and goes by the name Mysti. She keeps her spying tools in special capsules and deploy the creatures as and when needed. Her spy tools can be accessed from Shadow Web Online- a storage service from the scientists of the organisation. Her pets are kept in 6 hand size crystal balls which she accessorises as a belt. Her pets can only remember four power each and new moves learned will over ride the previous moves. Which is why, Mysti tried to keep different types of pets in her Shadow Web Online account.
