Chapter 4: The Rise of a Gold level Divine Cat in The Aurora Continent
The moment Finn was fully submerged in the glowing water a vibration could be heard increasing with sound then the world flashed with white.
The outside of the cave shook as a beam of light turned from bronze to silver and stopping at a gold colour. The beam of light shot up to the sky continuing on into the distant galaxies. The shockwaves produced shook the continent as all of its inhabitants looked up in horror as the pressure from the light slammed onto their bodies making it hard to breathe.
Somewhere else in a distant place called the Immortal thunder sect the elders looked in awe leaving only their eyes betraying their greedy thoughts as they watched the beam of light come and go in a flash. "sect leader! sect leader" a chubby bald old man in dark purple robes called out as he waddled over to a tall man in yellow robes with a beard and black hair who was standing next to the window sill.
The tall man looked at the chubby man and nodded his head signalling for the fat old man to continue, "Sect leader, if my eyes are not mistaken a gold level beast, has just been created and would make the perfect opportunity for us to snatch it and have it become a sect guardian beast!" the chubby man said as he smiled with excitement.
The tall man thought over the old man's words and spoke," elder Shu, I agree with your idea as the beast should still be weak at the moment after breaking through to the gold level, but we should still be cautious after all" .
Elder Shu replied to the tall man, "great, in that case, let me take my disciples with me as this would be a good experience for them to gain", the tall man nodded in agreement, and replied, "take only your best disciples and leave in three days" . Unknown to these two people other sects were planning the same ideas as a gold level beast was very uncommon to appear in the Aurora continent!. -
Back in the cave where Finn was alarm bells were blowing up in the little cats head -

Finn exhausted walked out of the dim pond and laid himself out on the large rocks around. Back in the pond all the pebbles were now colourless and shined no more. the water in the pond now glowless as all traces of light were absorbed. Finn sat up and felt muscles rippling under his fur, his coat now shone, but his look hadn't changed in a way you could say that he was tiger hidden in sheep's clothing. "system, what happened to the pool?" -
