Chapter 4: Fiance
I can't believe what my eyes just saw. My sister with man and flirting. It must be the end of the world. As I've uncovered my face to see the situation they have already settled and shock is evident in their faces.
"When did you arrived Yihao?" I do not know if she was shock or suprise in the tone of her voice. She straightened her back and relax her breathing.
"I arrived last night and I didn't expect that you aren't at home so I pay my visit today. I didn't expect that you are with someone in your office. On the other hand, who is he? Because I don't recall that you have any boyfriend." I shoot what's on my mind at that moment because I'm really astonished on what I've seen.
"He's my fiance." happiness is visible in her face when she said the word fiance. Up until now her so called fiance haven't uttered any word. Is he mute? But he doesn't seem to be one. On his attire he looks like a heir of a corporate.
"Sorry for the inappropriate display that you have seen. I hope I didn't leave any bad impression to my brother in law." wow he have such a commanding voice. My suspicions might be true.
"Not at all. With all honesty, to say that I'm happy might be an understatement I hope that you will take care of my sister and never make her cry." I know that it is cliche but that is what I am feeling right now. My sister is very important to me and in any time I do not want to see her sad and cry.
"By the way, I'm Marcus president of Stardust Holdings. For this is the first that I've seen brother in law in personal let me take this opportunity to take you to lunch." sister is really happy on what she is witnessing right now so I can't ler her down. In the first place I planned to take her to lunch as well.
"As you are courteous already kindly pick the place as well." I know little places to eat cause I like homemade much better.
"Let's go to Raphael's. I know it's your favorite." Of course she will remember. It is only few of the places that I go whenever I want to be alone or have time with them.
"What are we waiting for. Lead the way." They offered that I should join them but I'd rather drive my own car. As I'm already 18, mom allowed me to drive alone. We arrive at Raphael's and there's quite a lot of people already. Per the connection my sister and Marcus, we have reserved a private roon a cozy one.
Sister Yingnan dominated the conversation. I get to know more about their relationship as well as the what kind of person is Marcus. They are already acquainted during their college days and just last two years that I'm gone Brother Marcus courted Sister Yingnan. I already acknowledge him as my brother.
After we have our lunch we part ways. After all those love stares they are throwing with each other. Only God knows what they are gojng to do. Either way, it's still quite early so I will just enjoy the day. Roadtrip around the city then it happens that I pass along Night University so might as well take a look.
As I enter the premises I got hold by the security asking me a school ID but I don't have on eyet. I was about to leave when someone called me and it was Auntie Roxue, Rohan's mother.
"Hello Auntie Roxue, my apologies if haven't visited you and uncle yet." I am planning to visit them tomorrow and have tea with them.
"It's okay Yihao. I know that you still have to cope up with your family. On the other hand, Rohan have mentioned to me that you want to study business management in Night University as well." He really is a talkative one, he cannot keep anything for a long time.
"Yes auntie. I plan to help sister in managing the business and eventually start my own but not in line with the business sister have. I prefer to develop our farm so the lokals their will have more opportunities." It's all because I love nature and animals. I also want to live a simple life that's why I chose to develop our farm further in the near future.
"Even without my help you can be admitted with all your credentials it's just a piece of cake." I forgot to mention that auntie is the current vice chairman of this school. I will just submit all the requirements to her and all I just need is to wait. Less hassle and I can have more time before school starts.
I have thanked auntie and appreciate her thoughtfulness. She accompanied me until to her office and tell me to familiarize the surroundings already because there's a meeting that need her presence. I followed what she have said. I take a walk around the campus and I realize that it is really beautiful and spacious despite the numerous buildings rooted in the ground. There are also some students either practicing or just roaming around.
My stomach growls so I need to fill it in with something delicious. Despite I really eat alot I do not get fat nevertheless I like my medium built body. Without boasting I modeled in different magazines already specially our Royale's magazine because of my good looks and charm as well as my beautiful body.
At last I reach the cafeteria with the help of a granny. I feel ashamed so I decided to treat her but she refuse hence I just send my gratitude to her. I am about to order something whe someone grab and cling to my arm.
"This is my future fiance."
