Chapter 6: Lil Bro & Red Horns
"Would you like some tea?" Gosura popped out the food in the microwave and placed it on the table. He then started to make a batch of herbal tea.
"Tea? A kid like you can make tea? Now I've heard everything." After a couple minutes, the scent of the tea permeates through the kitchen and into the dining room
"Sniff, sniff.... Yes I'd like some."
Gosura brings out two cups, places one in-front of the Hokage, and the other in-front of himself.
"You under estimated my prowess." Hokage ignores the statement and takes a sip. His eyes widen in surprise.
"I have indeed. I will admit defeat... for now."
Naruto arrives in the dining room (through the scent of food, "fox like" sence of smell after all). Wearing clothes that were a little to big for him, he was wearing Gosura's older clothes. Thanks to Gosura's growth rate, he has many clothes lying around that no longer fit him. He had handed some over to Naruto before sending him of to the bathroom.
"Why is the old pervert here. I... I'm not in trouble, am I?" Naruto got worried, most of the time the Hokage ever came to him was to discipline him. Every now and then the Hokage would take him out for ramen, but that was very rare.
"You're not going to deny that?" Gosura looked stared at the Third, as the Third casual ingores Naruto's statement about him.
"No, your not in trouble Naruto. Take a seat, I got some food for you." Gosura pointed at the left overs. Naruto takes a seat while staring at everyone. He then take a bit of food as if to test the waters, but as soon as he confirmed the taste was good, he went ham on the dinner plate.
"Woah, this is amazing! Did you cook this for me?" Naruto asked while stuffing his mouth.
"I didn't have the time for that, so I just heated up some left overs."
Naruto's eyes widen. "Thish ish jush lef ovos!?"
Gosura and Hiruzen waits for Naruto to finish up his food, then they began to explain his current situation.
"Naruto, I heard that you got kicked out of the orphanage... For that, I must apologize. This is, sadly, another moment where I have failed you." Hiruzen spoke with killing intent, but his voice becomes somber near the end.
"Huh?" Naruto was confused by the apology, he never got many of those.
"So in turn, I will have Gosura adopt you, as a brother of course."
Naruto's mind explodes. Adoption, he heard about how other kids would get a new family. He had once hoped he would too. Sadly, as time went on, he understood that he wasn't wanted, the entire village always called him a demon child. To think he would also gain a family, his brain broke.
"You... this is a trick right, a revenge prank for all the times I put itching power in your underwear!" Naruto reasoned, this was something he thought was entirely impossible, it's why he dreams of becoming a Hokage, instead of a family. As one requires acknowledgment and respect, while the other requires love. Something he thought was harder to obtain.
"Nope, it's not a prank. As long as you give me him the ok, you will be stuck with me for a long time kiddo." Gosura rubs Naruto's head. As Hiruzen's eye twitches at culprit of some of his more nettlesome days.
Through this emotional moment, something starts to change inside of Naruto. Two thick strands of hair change their color to red, the looked kind of like red horns on Naruto's forehead. His Uzumaki chakra starts to squirm around inside of him. This was felt by Hiruzen and Gosura, but they ignored it for now.
"That is, if you want me as an older brother, do you?" Gosura stares at Naruto, waiting for his confirmation. Naruto jumps into Gosura's arms, while tears started to trickle down from his face.
"You want me as a brother, the pervert isn't making you do this, right?" Naruto threw a question back at Gosura.
"Yes."
"Can I keep hugging you?"
"Of course."
Watching this take place, the Hokage understood that Naruto had endured a lot of pain. Feeling happy for the boy, he hid his face under his hat, got up, and went outside the house. As he was leaving, Gosura approached him.
"I told the kid to explore the house, that'll give us some time to talk. I'm assuming you're going to be handling all the paperwork?"
"Is that all I'm good for these days? Yes... I can't deny that I'll be pulling a few strings here and there. There are some people calling you a monster, and now you being Naruto's brother is going to cause some trouble. Nothing I can't handle... but you should be careful."
"Now what are you going to do about his Uzumaki and Namikazi inheritance. We both felt his chakra back there."
"How much do you know."
"Did some research on the history of different clans in Konoha, found info about Uzumaki, specifically Kushina, learned she had a husband, then found a picture of The Fourth with her. Never really thought about it until you showed up at my door. After all, why would the Hokage care so much about an orphan. Also, I remember a lot about what happened 7 years ago."
"How, you were a one year old child."
Gosura shrugged, "I don't know, probably because of my kekkai -genkai, maybe?"
"Sigh... kids are becoming too smart these days. I'll hand what's left of it to you, I have enough crap to deal with as it is... Are you sure you can deal with him? The academy for you starts in a week after all."
"I'll be fine, the academy can't teach me much anyways. I'm only attending for the sake of formality. Also because it was Agetha's last wish."
"I'll pay the rent for every empty room in the house, It's my gift to you. I'll be leaving now, invite me over for tea sometime soon... I'll show you what it means to be an old man in the art of tea." Hiruzen proceeds to Shunshin away.
Gosura sighs, then goes back inside to witness a rampaging Naruto wreaking havoc in the house. "Hey, Naruto! I know your excited, but you have to got to go sleep soon!" He then proceeded to chase the kid around until he was able to get him into a bed.
After Gosura was done dealing with Naruto's antics. He cleans up the house and proceeded to train outside in the back yard. He was becoming a little restless. It's been a long time since he last fought, and he's been itching for a battle for a while. Fighting is Gosura's number one Hobbie, his new found love for tea suppresses his desire for battle, but it can only do so much.
Thinking he has had enough, he decides go outside of Konoha in secret. Venturing into dangerous territories in hope to come across a chakra beast. He was a reincarnated character, something is always bound to happen as long as he goes searching for it, right?

(Bonus Scene)
I had just calmed down from the fact that I, Naruto Uzumaki the Demon, got a family!
"Suck on that, you smelly orphanage adults, hehe."
My new bro is also super good at cooking, his food blows the food at the orphanage out of the water! Though I still like Ichiraku's a bit better Speaking of which, I wonder what he is up to right now, after tucking me away and all.
"Hehe, it felt nice to be tucked in, though a little embarrassing."
While I was thinking, I felt something weird happen in my stomach, then in my head. Suddenly, I could feel where Gosu was, he was outside!
I got up to look outside a window and saw Gosu swing his sword over and over again. Every time he did, the ground would get cut a little.
So cool, will he teach me that. Maybe not, but I hope so!
I get back to my bed after watching for a little bit, I can still feel different energies(?) swirling around the area. Are they all different people? "This is weird, I hope it stops. It's kinda giving me a headache."
Suddenly I can't feel anything anymore, huh, wierd.
I try to go to sleep again. Hoping that none of this happens to be a dream when I wake up tomorrow.
"Cus the only dream I want to have is that of becoming the Hokage! Dattebayo!"
