"Wh-what?" Someone screamed. Suddenly Haruto was teleported to Town Square. Large red text filled the sky above
<I, YOSHIE AKIBA HAVE DECIDED TO REMOVE ANY FORMS OF EXIT IN THIS GAME>
"N-no way!!"
"That's fucking impossible!!"
"I WANT TO GO HOOOMEEE!!! AHHH!!!"
<OH AND BEFORE YOU ASK, REMOVING YOUR VR GLASSES IRL WILL SEND AN ELECTRIC SHOCK THROUGH MICROWAVING IT>
"He's got to be lying!!!"

<THERE WERE 9,000 PLAYERS ON HERE WHEN THE GAME STARTED. NOW THERES 8,900 PLAYERS>
Many news stories flashed in the sky all talking about how removing the VR glasses will kill that person. People - now dead - flashed across the sky with some of their families crying.

<ALSO THERE WERE A LOT BETA TESTERS. THEY ARE THE ONLY ONES WHO HAVE A GOOD ADVANTAGE IN THIS GAME. I HAVE LEFT MULTIPLE PRESENTS IN YOUR INVENTORY, GOODBYE PLAYERS!>
And with those final words everyone began to panic. Many players began to cry loudly begging to go back to the real world. Some took this advantage to hurry to the next town so they wouldn't have to wait for any respawns. Haruto immediately opened up the menu to see his inventory. He first noticed an item labeled «Crystal Mirror»
"Why would I need this?" He questioned selecting the item. He then looked at it then gasped. Yoshie Akiba wasn't lying about your IRL appearance being visible now. He could see his short, wavy blond hair and blue eyes, which gave him the appearance of a foreigner. "N-no way.." Haruto mumbled dropping the mirror. It disintegrated when it hit the floor into virtual spectacles.
Haruto then immediately ran out of the town square to get to the nearest village. If Akiba wasn't lying then Haruto needed to get armor, supplies, and EXP fast. Thankfully, he was a Beta Tester so he knows the quickest routes.
"Hey!!" Someone called out to him. Haruto stopped in his tracks so he could see who called him. A young man with an average build, height, and a standard "slim" male physique appeared behind Haruto. He had black, shaggy hair and rich blue eyes. "The names Aozora and you seem like you know where you're going. You a Beta Tester?" Aozora questioned with a sly smirk.
"Why the hell does that matter to you?" Haruto replied back.
"Relax there buddy. I just wanted some help with getting some supplies. If you're a Beta Tester, you've got an unfair advantage. There's only about 50 Beta Testers out of these 8,900 Players." Aozora explained crossing his arms. "In a month or two you Beta Testers will be hated by the public. Just help be out a little eh?" Aozora asked with a smile.
"Fine..." Haruto agreed. "But pick up the pace."
