Chapter 3: Exploring The Darkness, Goblins
When Winston calmed down, he immediately tried to check his inventory only to see that his dagger was dropped and hia food is running out.
'Damn it! I just got to enter an underwater cave then now I am gonna die out hunger, what a hilarious dream'
He still thought that he is still dreaming.
Lich who was standing quietly at the side suddenly pointed its finger at the darkside of the cave.
"Is he indicating me to go there ?" He Winston murmured. Then Lich nodded its head.
"But we don't have any torch." Winston grumbled.
But then Lich Pointed its finger to the side of the cave where there are some shining stones.
"Are you telling me that I can pick it up and used it to as a torch?" Then Winston came into realisation. 'Damn why did I not think about that '
Winston then pick up the stone, then saw the description of the stone.
[Lighting stone]
A lighting stone which can light atleast 5 meters away from the holder.
Winston felt delighted again. 'To think that my luck is this good'. But then he remembered that his food is running out. So he need to find the exit of this cave.
He ventured out with 4 lighting stones and Lich covering hsi back.
The cave is very long but thankfully they did bot encounter any monsters.
When he was tired he would stop and rest and whwn he is hungry he would eat a piece of bread.
It is already 4 to 6 hours when he was walking to find the exit of the underwater cave.
Thwn he heard footsteps coming from afar, so he keep the lighting stones. Then he heard a bizzare language, that h could not understand.
When he heard that the footsteps are not nearing at their position, he sigh in relief.
So he was curious what are those creatures so he follow their trail.
When he was still following their trails he did not notice that he was out of the tunnel.
When he saw that they arw out from the tunnel he was happy but then got fraustrated again because therw where Three tunnels leading in different direction. Then he caught his eyes a shadow stealthily sneaking at their backs.
When the shadow was 3 meters away from them he immediately pounced at it and use his skill Death punch, stunning the creature while Lich cast devour. The creature died immediately when it was hit by devour.
Whwn Winston close in the creature he saw that the creature 3 meters tall and have green skin. He then saw that the description and knew that his speculations is right.

He have entered a goblin nest.
He then throw the lighting stones at the three tunnels only to see that the middle have a erected totem in their.
"So this bastards are herw first before me" Winston muttered. Then he commanded Lich to summon 3 undead warriors to go to the middle tunnel.
Just as Winston was still waiting he heard a notification that saying that he gained 18 exp. Then it continued until another notification said that the 3 skeletons are dead.
Then he heard a roar at the middle cave. He saw a big goblin walking out if the cave with many smaller sized goblins.
He knew that he have steered the whole nest.
"Seems like this brute is pist, hehehe." He saw the stats of the big brute, he secretly sigh in relief.

Then he saw an oddlooking aged goblin carrying a skeleton stick walking out of the cave. He then knrw that it is the Goblin shaman.

Upon seeing that this nest is only a little nest of goblins he was delighted. To think that he cozld easily level up to level 8 thanks to them. Although he lost his dagger he still can take down this creatures easily.
Upon seeing the expression of Winston, The Goblin warrior was enraged. It then roared and charge to Winston.
Upon seeing that the Goblin warrior is charging to him he smirked and side step to the right side , the govlin warrior then heat the walls of the cave. Then he use Death punch stunning the warrior while he beat it up.
Lich aslo did not hinder around casting devour to the Goblin shaman and then he cast his death song paralyzing all the goblins.
The Goblin shaman was immediately killed When it was hit by devour.
Upon hearing the notification Winston felt like a burden was lightend.

Although he was fighting the Goblin warrior he was keeping tabs at Lich. When he saw that lich is taking care of the goblins easily, he sigh in relief. Then he focused of killing the goblin warrior. The battle became brawl.
Minutes pass by until the goblin warrior was bitten to death by Winston.

The Goblin warrior drop a rusty sword and 16 copper cions. When he saw the sword Winston immediately inspect it, only to see that he was speechless.
[Bronze Sword: silver type
A Gold type sword, that have been corrode by time.
Although Winston was still content at what loot he got.
When Winston was done he immediately peek at the direction where Lich was. Then he was shocked to what he saw that all of the goblins are all dead.
"So thats why I get exp when I was still fighting. "
Winston then went to their lair only to find that what he thought was jsut a dream. He only saw a lair that have a dead skeleton with an armor at the side while everything is just trash.
When he was abiut to live, he was strick by a realization that why can't he just get the armor.
But before he could make a move Lich already snatch the bones abd the armor faster than him.
