Chapter 3: Chapter 3: A little change( Yang Jiang's Pov)

My brother has always been obsessed with playing games, so I bought him a brand-new PlayStation. I picked up my dress, got my mom and her staff, and returned to the hostel.

This was the first time I had been invited to an event like this. Just felt like whatever hairstyle I was wearing was not matching the event at all. I did not want to stand out, so the first thing I decided was that I was not going to put on my glasses today.

I remember my brother telling me a lot of times to take them off whenever we were heading out. He said that I looked way more pretty than the TV stars without my glasses on and that I looked more like a warthog when I had them. I had never listened to him, but maybe I could change

I tied my hair in a ponytail since I couldn't decide on a hairstyle. The white dress was simple yet elegant with a few diamonds embroidered on its neck. I settled on white heels, and diamond stones earrings. I didn't know how to apply makeup because I had never really tried it. I always believed in simplicity, so I just applied cherry lipstick. I was good to go.

The hall was a little bit far from the hostel, so I hailed a cab to the hall. Since there were so many people at the entrance, I could not help but feel nervous. As a result of a large number of people, we had to form a line to enter the building.

'I thought it was just a class, so how could so many people be there? Don't tell me that it's the whole semester of classes for that year! ' My turn finally came, and I got to go in. Everyone was in the hall because I was at the end of the line.
