Chapter 9: Parting Gifts
Dawn
Jason finally woke up to see a gleeful smile on his father's face. Kyle felt very warm in his heart which was the reason for his smile. As Kyle finally woke up to see Jason looking at him he said ,"Is there something on my face". Jason chuckled and replied,"No, noth ing father"
"I see that you two are finally awake. Kyle I have decided you have today to spend with your child and tonight at midnight we part"
Kyle had a very broad smile on his face and so did Jason.
"I am very thankful for this grace you have shown",said Kyle as he gave a ligh to God with his head.
Kyle then left the village hall with Jason and went towards the woods nearby. Jason followed his father obediently,he wanted to cherish every moment he had left.
Kyle finally reached a rock,as he stood on the huge boulder he beckoned Jason towards him. Jason soon climbed the rock and was standing right in front of Kyle,around them the rock was the highest elevated surface and sunlight directly fell upon it giving it a majestic look.
There were no trees around them just a lush green plain and some trees separated by long distances. Kyle turned around to look at his world and absorb it all into him for this was his last moment of joy.
"Son tomorrow you will be alone in this world but I have decided that you won't be alone for long. Soon you will have companions but before that I would like to give you something I wish for this world to have in the future",Kyle then summoned his divinity that he had suppressed for a long time.
Suddenly Kyle started to glow and release blinding light from his body but he protected Jason from this light. Soon Jason was also covered in this light.
"I do hereby grant Jason Primer The Son Of Kyle a lifespan of three hundred years and all his immediate descendents a life span of two hundred fifty years. Along with I pronounce Jason Primer his future companions and all their descendents to have the ability to manipulate the four elements of fire,earth,air,water. Jason Primer alone shall also have the ability to control the soul. He is from this moment named The First Elemental Being Of The Universe.
As Kyle completed his words the divine light covering Jason left Jason's body and disappeared into Kyle. Soon after thunder clouds formed in the air. Jason was struck by lightning which lit his body on fire. The fire burned through Jason purifying and converting him into an infernal being.
Rain started to pour down after the lightning calmed itself. As the rain touched Jason his body started experiencing a major transformation. Jason turned into a liquified being and all the rain around him stopped after this. The rain then disappeared with the clouds that it came with.
The air that had been blowing at heaven defying speed started to smash itself on Jason transforming his body into an aerial body. After all this Jason was covered by the rock on which he stood. The rock had many holes dug into it through which soil passed and covered Jason's body converting it into an terrestrial body.
At first Jason's body was an amalgamation of all the elements but now Jason could separate or isolate one element whenever he wanted to this was the only thing that would make him different from all the other humans to come. This was why he would forever be known as the most powerful mortal to ever live.
"Thank you Father for all these gifts I shall forever be grateful and use them wisely",said Jason as he hugged Kyle.
"Come now I shall teach you to manipulate all these elements"
After this Kyle taught Jason to use all elements to his will but the divine power of manipulating energy or soul was directly imprinted into Jason's mind.
Kyle not only taught Jason how to use the elements to create but to destroy when needed.
"Always remember son before creation there must be destruction"
"Yes Father"
Kyle continued teaching Jason and after a few hours he had taught Jason all that he could. Kyle had used his divinity to slow down time of the planet which allowed him to spend more time with Jason.
Although God saw through this he permitted it thinking it was the only time Kyle would use it. After their learning session of fourteen hours was over Kyle finally returned time to its normal speed for the planet. In actuality Kyle had spent five years worth of time with Jason just then but Jason had no idea of it at all.
As the sun was setting the father son duo sat on the rock looking at the beautiful sunset.
"Father may I be permitted to do one thing"
"Sure what is it?"
"I'll show you",Jason walked away from the rock and used the element of earth to combine the small mountain next to his village with all the rocks and soil around him to create a mountain five thousand metre high. After this he used the element of water to bring forth a river from the mountain and into the plains.
Kyle was amazed beyond belief he said,"Magnificent what a wonderful job you have done. It looks beautiful"
"I've named it the Jade river and Ethereal mountain"
"Beautiful names my child",Kyle admired the river for a long time. After this he finally stood up and said,"Come let us have dinner,it shall be the greatest meal of my life"
